This place is very nice, clean and bright. Prices is very reasonable and the quality was off the charts amazing. They offer the Gel from OPI, Gelish and others which are many color to choose from. While waiting for the polish to dry under the light, I got a quick neck/shoulder massage which was a lovely and much needed touch. They do offer free drinks such as water, wine, slushy and margarita! I visited several people and was always very happy with the service but this is a treat that I give myself. So I prefer to have one person named D take care of me. He started doing my daughters nails first and I was so impressed I am asked him to do my pedicure. The first time he rubbed my feet I was sold for life. I feel like I should not be able to give a 1 star review! As I was having my manicure done another customer came in making statements about a nail fungus she contracted at the salon. Then I was having a pedicure done by a guy (with no name tag) who was EXTREMELY ROUGH! Every time he went to file, scrub, clip, or file on my feet I had to remind him not to be rough! He spoke little to no English and I am sorry but I do not speak his language, but he would stop filing or clipping all together, so I have feet that are half clipped, and half filed. Then the final straw was when he burned my foot with the paraffin wax, when I said it was too hot he left my foot in the wax, another lady came over to take my foot out of the wax and placed it in the water. I am not one who goes often to get my nails done - so I have pretty low standards. I had a 20 minute wait, which is fine because I definitely went at a typically busy time, but I wasn't offered a drink/water, and they couldn't give me an estimated wait time. But I was there, so I waited. Sit down, simple gel manicure. Let her know I prefer them rounded. And please not too short. I get you gotta make them even, and expected some length to come off. But some of my nails are extremely short now, while others are a decent length. And she immediately squared them and wasn't going to fix it until I said something right before the polish. She made a phone call while working on my nails. Got up several times to randomly go to the back. The polish on one of my nails was drastically uneven - a side of a nail was missing a layer of polish. Ask her to fix that too. My nails are uneven, some squarer than others, some jagged unfinished edges, and a little polish on my skin. Super disappointed. On the upside the receptionist was super sweet, and also obviously needed some help. read more

Do NOT go here! I left with an infection in my finger! This place is absolutely unsanitary, half the technicians are rude, children work there, and they are very inconsistent quality. I get SNS and have been here multiple times, and every time I say it burns they just keep going. Not only that but they put a gel top coat on it?! The entire reason to get SNS is to avoid the curing process. No one really speaks English but that's not an excuse to not be able to tell when someone is in pain - it is clear in their face. They cut cuticles and buff everyone with the same files without cleaning them, they don't fully take off old polish before new polish, rip your cuticles to shreds, and have technicians change during your service. I don't want one hand done by one technician and the other done by a new one. They are rude until it gets to the checkout process. Overall, I highly recommend going elsewhere for a safer and pleasant experience. read more

Worst Manicure EVER!!!! I went in for a simple manicure. I have gone here for pedicures in the past, with minimal issues, so I thought I would try here for a manicure. I had to REQUEST for the lady to shape my nails. My nails were longer than I wanted them, so I asked for them to be cut. She rough filed them, did a massage for each hand that was MAYBE a minute each. Then was about to start putting on the base coat. I asked her "aren't you going to shape them?" She did the minimum she could possibly do. Minimum of buffing. My corners are uneven and rough. I will be refiling and rebuffing after this review. I did ask to speak to the manager before I left and she said I could return tomorrow and she would fix them, but I'm not waiting til tomorrow fix ragged edges and corners that catch on everything. Yes, I know it was only $13.00. I would SO GLADLY pay more if it was done correctly. read more

I was happy with the deluxe pedicure. I was not offered a beverage but was seated quickly on a Thursday late afternoon. The massage felt great and he used the hot stones for about 10 seconds on each calf. The funniest thing, though, is that I asked for a specific jewel design on my big toe. I've never gotten it done and hate to be a hassle but showed a picture and asked if they could do it. It was a tiara, which I have posted in the pictures section. I let them know if they couldn't do it, it really was no big deal, I just thought it was pretty and wanted to try. Needless to say, the design I got was a perfect T. Not quite a tiara, but pretty hysterical. It gives me a great story every time someone asks me what my toe design is supposed to be! My husband and I went here a couple weeks ago and got the modish pedicures. It looked nice and fairly clean when we walked in. We got out pedicures and as we were getting them I saw how they clean out their bowls after each customer to get ready for the next... The lady took a dirty looking sponge and swished it around with water. Used no soap, not to mention disinfectant cleaner! Literally took her 30 seconds start to finish! Anyway we left and the next day both of our legs had big ant bite looking sores on our legs, like infected pores or something. I had about 15 and my husband had about 5. They're finally disappearing after about 2 weeks or so! I should have known to disinfect my legs as soon as I got outa there after seeing how they clean out their bowls. read more

While initially impressed with the cool atmosphere, what is supposed to be my hour of relaxation turned into a horror story when the tech took the pumice stone and scrubbed my foot so hard that she actually tore a piece of skin off my ankle! It started bleeding everywhere, and the salt scrub made it burn so bad. I was in fears asking her to stop, and know what she said?? "You nicked it shaving" WTF?!?! I recently moved here and needed a pedicure badly. Found this place on Yelp and it had mixed reviews. Went on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that I could get in. There are lots of pedicure chairs, manicure tables and staff. They offer you a drink if you'd like. I had Vivian and she did a wonderful job and even engaged in conversation with me. You get pampered even with the basic package. I'll definitely be going back. Only negative was I wish they had more nailspolish colors, they need more tropical blues or coral colors. I was so disappointed with the service. I signed in at the guest log for a gel manicure as a walk in. They sat me at a manicure station, but they allowed me to sit there for 45 minutes and started manicures on two walk ins that signed in after me before even giving me a nail tech. I asked multiple times about how much longer, and I kept being reassured "only 5 more minutes". My sister was so disgusted that she actually got up and left. Things started off fairly well, that is until the man that was doing my pedicure stopped to not only answer his cell phone, but to take and answer several texts. RUDE and unbelievably inconsiderate. They rushed thru the pedicure, paid for hot stone, got maybe three minutes per leg. Not worth what I paid at all. When it came to the manicure, I got one hand soaked, and not the other one,. I used to get my eyebrows done here. I never had a problem. Once I experienced the wax strip across the street I started going there only because I'd buy packages. I've gotten my nails done here many times. And I love this place. Ive had issues with the gel. My nails peeled hours after having it done. I went back and they did them again. Once again they peeled and I didn't know what was wrong. Ann did my nails all over again and they were perfect. I never had a problem again. I wasn't charged for the fixes either. They are always very nice. Sometimes making an appt is better because they can get busy and with an appt they will take you first. Update.. Looking for a new place and this is it! Everyone was very friendly and the treatment was excellent! I've never had a better massage with a Deluxe Pedicure. With that you get the paraffin wax, hot towel and stones. Worth every penny for the upgrade and at the end you get a shoulder massage as well.
