I visited the MODO Museo del Objeto with a friend a week or so ago, and - while it was a fun visit - I wouldn't say it's a must visit for most people visiting Mexico City. The museum is on the smaller side, and it's dedicated to the study of design and communication through regular, everyday objects. The current exhibits displays artifacts and objects by letter of the alphabet. It was fun to explore the museum letter by letter and look at historic objects and artifacts. It's a quick visit, but at only $80 MXN (about USD $5), it's a fun quick stop if you're in the area and have a few minutes. If I remember correctly, the signs in the museum are only in Spanish, so if you're not a Spanish speaker, you can learn/practice some Spanish or use Google Translate as you explore the museum. read more
