She was aware my hair could handle a lot, as I told her a few times. I was most certainly not a priority, as I was there for 4 hours and she would bounce between me and other clients the entire time, which I get she gets busy. However after spending $250, I ended up with hair that had orange highlights, that was supposed to be balayage. She did the technique, but it still ended up looking like highlights. She told me at the end of the appointment that it was simply the lighting in the salon that my hair ended up looking "slightly" orange. I looked like a tiger... She wanted to fix it, however all she said she was willing to do to fix it, was to tone it further. Any person with half a brain knows that would never work, so I would travel to Ottawa for nothing. I have seen other clients results and they turned out fantastic but if you have difficult to bleach hair, that has red undertones, then I would suggest not trusting her with your hair as she will make a complete mess of it.

The place is clean and welcoming. The staff are very nice. Though I'll never again accept to have my hair done by other than Shokhan known by Sho now. Her skill is amazing. You can tell by the way she holds her brush. As for dying my hair, she immediatly new what colour I should go for. My recent visit to the salon was last week when I had my hairlight done.
