There is nothing better out there than their waffles with pecans added into the batch and also tossed on top and their coffee is always brewing. It's time for everyone to head north of Fort Worth, an experience of areally nice Texan five star quality of life. It doesn't hurt to have Eagle Mountain Lake in your backyard so come on out to tour Azle Texas! Honestly with one of the best school districts in Texas. If you have not toured the Azle, WISD district and the opportunities and classes that they offer for career minded go getting children then you're failing your kids. OK enough said enjoy breakfast at Moe's.

I gave this place a shot because it was the closest place to my job. It did not disappoint! There were so many really good sounding options, this was my first time trying a French toast sandwich & it was so so good. Hit exactly where it needed to!!! So glad I tried it! Yum

Great local place for ANY meal! We had breakfast and it was fabulous. Lisa was the hostess and I wish I could remember the name of our waitress. We both had a fantastic breakfast and I swear the biscuit was 3 " thick! The sausage gravy was fresh and tasty and I would have eaten it all had I not been full from two eggs, fresh cut fruit salad and thick slices of bacon. I really wanted to try the 20k bacon. Dipped in pancake battter, deep fried and served with syrup. The coffee was fresh and strong. I'd love to go back for lunch and dinner. Very clear the locals come here and are called by name, their preferred meal remembered.

Our first trip to Moe's Country Kitchen in Azle, TX was a pleasant surprise. The service from Lexi was very accommodating as well. Everything is handmade, my biscuit's and sausage gravy was delicious, my spouse's Chicken Fried Steak and taters was yummy but the Green Beans were Awesome! They are renovating so we look forward to visiting again soon.

    Absolutely delicious!

We happened to be in the area and wanted something new that wasn't part of a chain. What a gem of a restaurant! There was ample parking, including a few spots for those using assistive devices. Once inside it's a feast for the senses with dessert displays, souvenirs available for purchase and an ample waiting area. The staff greeted us and quickly noted the need for my wife who was walking with the aid of a scooter. Once we were seated in a spacious area, the hostess made sure the table was clean and happily took our drink order. Our waitress was amazingly attentive as well and very helpful with menu suggestions. The plates were full and I knew immediately that we would need ToGo boxes. I highly recommend the sausage patties; just enough zing to wake up those taste buds! The home fries were just the way I would've made them, with green peppers and onions. The sausage links were much bigger than I had anticipated and cooked to perfection. I just had to complete the breakfast order with grits with butter and a touch of salt. While I would've preferred Pepsi, Coca Cola was just what was needed to wash it all down. We will DEFINITELY return. Quick tip: save the credit card merchant fee by paying in cash.

We have been here twice and it's just a cute local place with a hometown vibe. It's The staff is friendly and the food is your normal breakfast fair. Prices are reasonably and the food is always good. It seems to be a local favorite and if you don't arrive early enough on the weekends you'll have to wait for a table. Highly recommend when in the area.

I am absolutely not exaggerating when I said this is by far the worst brunch I have ever had in my…read morelife. I was taking my sister-in-law out for her birthday brunch, and I had selected the place and have never been more embarrassed. We had a reservation and showed up there and didn't get seated until 15 minutes after arrival even though the place wasn't busy at all. They told us to wait while they clean the tables which took 15 minutes but once we got escorted to our seats, they asked us to wait to sit down so they can wipe out the table. It took us another 15 minutes to finally place our orders. The waitress Bonnie was really nice enough to let us know that they were shortstaffed. However, there was barely anyone they were waiting on, but also there were at least three servers wiping out windows and doing other random things that could've been used towards serving. We ordered very simple things for brunch and when our food arrived, it was the most hideous looking plates I had ever seen in my life. My fiancé is chicken fried steak plate showed up without the steak. My brother-in-law's plate had the saddest looking hashbrowns. And don't even get me started on the eggs. Every single person's eggs were raw. And by raw, I mean actually running raw where you touch the egg and it explodes into translucent gelatinous liquid that made all of us wanna throw up. When Bonnie saw that I hadn't touched my egg and asked if I wanted a different cooking I told her I'm fine but she said she would be OK with getting me a different egg since I looked absolutely mortified. But when the new egg arrived, it was also the exact same. The only thing that was cooked was the top and the bottom. Everything in the middle was translucent. And don't get me wrong. I love my over medium eggs and sunny side eggs where the white is cooked, but the yellow is raw, but this was a case where the entire egg was raw and that was the case with every single one of our eggs. I really don't quite understand how as a brunch place you have one job is to cook eggs right and you fail so miserably at that. We ordered the French bites for the table and reminded our waitress three times that we hadn't received them and While getting the check. She was shocked that they still hadn't arrived and was still trying to get us to wait until they arrive when we told her no don't worry about it. Please remove it from the check cause we're done eating and no longer want any more disappointment. The last straw was us ordering the mini pancakes from the kids menu for our three year-old and the plate showing up with five giant pancakes. That right there is what's wrong with America. What if healthy parents do not want their three-year-old to have the opportunity to finish five large stacks of pancakes. All of us felt terribly sick after eating those raw eggs and literally could not stop talking about how terrible this experience was. I have literally never seen my brother-in-law not finish his meal no matter how nasty it is. And for him to not eat, the rest of the eggs was absolutely telling.

They led us to the table and proceeded to then actually clean it in front of us. From there, these things happened: 1) Eggs undercooked to the point of rawness even after they tried again. 2) Forgot an item of the order, even after two reminders. 3) Overhead a waitress complaining about a small tip to another table. 4) Waitress would get checks instead of taking tables food orders. 5) and eggshell on top of my fried egg. 6) Messed up our check. Don't go here. Food subpar and overpriced. Ambiance a cut rate diner. Service a bunch of unprofessional complainers, acting like they were understaffed for brunch time for a brunch place.

None of our meals disappointed us and we left very satisfied by the experience. Memories for a lifetime! While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.
