We stopped hungrily on our roadtrip. This place is a gem. It's one of those home town pizza establishments that brings me back to my childhood. The food was great. I had the chicken sandwich which was simple and delicious but the bread really stood out, crispy but pillowy soft and insubstantial in a way that balanced the sandwich really well without ruffing up the top of my mouth. The wings were some of the best I've ever had, crispy and they easily fell off the bone. Breadsticks were the cut flatbread style. Nicely crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. The pizza was really good, well cooked. We were full and the chef sent out some cheesecake that I had to tuck into. I felt welcome and cared for, this is a place every home town needs. Our server was genuinely friendly and attentive. Come here and you won't leave hungry or disappointed. It's a great bite and a great value and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

First time in small restaurant to try food & catch TX Rangers baseball score on TV at 9:30pm when closes at 10pm. Owner was very nice to give me TV Remote to find game while he cooked Pepperoni Calzone for me to take home. Restaurant isn't fancy yet cozy so prices are fair. I just ate Calzone and it was so very delicious with marinara sauce for $11. The cheese was delicious and thick so made meal extra special and the crust was soft like pretzel with spices on top so made drive worth it to enjoy Calzone half size of mini pizza box. If you are on I-20 East or West by New Liberty, TX...I recommend enjoying a meal at this small corner restaurant open 10am-10pm as you won't be disappointed with ALL the choices. We met Sam, . a longtime owner/ chef at the top of his pizza game. Crust was superb, ingredients fresh, and the top was pizza/cheese stick heaven. Are usually do not like pepperoni slices, however, when the meat lovers pizza came out, the pepperonis were crisp and tasted like bacon. We inquired of the owner, he said that he only uses the best pepperonis, which are very lean. In addition, the beef pizza was the same not a lot of grease, but a very lean, tasty beef pizza. Service was excellent, children were happy, grandparents were happy, parents were happy. We met a lady at the restaurant who drives in every week one hour away from its location. I ordered a meatball sandwich and it was great! My husband ordered the lasagna and he loved it! He said it was the best he ever had. My granddaughter who is picky ordered the Philly steak sandwich and ate the whole thing! My husband asked to meet the cook who is also the owner Rami. OMG!! What a hidden gem. Yes it's in a strip center...but don't let that stop you!! We decided to go based on reviews and that were spot on!! Our server was so polite, informative and attentive!! We started with the cheese bread and it is the best ever! The crust is amazing!! The salad was very fresh with good balance of ingredients. The ranch dressing seemed to be homemade and was delish! We had one small meat lovers pizza and a small lasagna pizza. They were both excellent. The restaurant is very clean and so are the bathrooms. I really enjoyed the food. I was visiting for a week with my daughter, and we ate there 3 times. The Mighty Moe's supreme pizza was just what we were looking for. We had a calzone which was big enough for 2 people, and an Italian sub which was wonderful. I have been looking for a sandwich like that for a long time. First let me just say it. The service is exemplary. Although they do not serve wine, there is a liquor store about half a mile away that the waitress told us about. It is okay to bring your own to this restaurant! She actually offered to go get it for us while we were waiting for our pizza. Unreal! The ambiance is very simple and plain with clear plastic covers over black tablecloths. We didn't mind the relaxed atmosphere a bit and were rather happy not to have Fox news blaring at us. Three of the diners had salad and remarked that it was surprisingly fresh, noting the fresh mushrooms. One diner said that it was much better than an average fast food franchise pizza salad. We ordered thin crust pizzas and they were relatively thin, but soft. My ideal pizza crust is thin as well as crispy so this was a little disappointing but on the plus side green olives were offered as a topping which I rarely see. My dining companions reported that the meat was "just right" on the Moe Supreme and I found the toppings on the vegetarian special quite generous. One diner, who is much slimmer than average, stated that it is good enough to induce him to eat more than he normally would. He had a dinner salad and three large Moes supreme slices. Pizza was good, not great. Price was ridiculous. I ordered a Supreme, it had Sausage, Onions,& Bell Peppers...that's not a $15+ Pizza in my book. For a large Cheese & Large Supreme I was out $30. Crazy for what I got! Flavor wise there was nothing that made their product stand out. They must be paying too much for their ingredients to pass off what I got as Supreme for that price. Their motto is "Best Pizza in Town", well since they are the only Pizza in town I guess they can say that, but next time I'll make the 10 min drive to Kilgore and get Pizza Hut or Dominos simply because of the price. read more
