I love eating here. First, it's so nice to be greeted by all the employees--Welcome to Moe's! the second you walk in the door. You can customize your meal however you'd like. They start with the basics--burrito, nachos, quesadilla, protein bowl and wraps. Then you tell them what you want in it. There are so many things to choose from. My favorite is the nachos. I have them keep the chips on the side, then I can mix all the ingredients together and make a fantastic chip dip. The amount of food is enough for me to eat it at least twice. The ambiance has a warm feeling and is always clean. There are outdoor tables as well, if you enjoy that. I highly recommend eating at this establishment, or getting it to go, if you prefer. Went here around 19:45 on 31 Aug 2023, absolutely abysmal service. The restaurant seemed a bit dirty like no one had given two thoughts about cleaning for quite a while. That should have been my clue to turn and run. As I'm waiting to order, there's no real sense of acknowledgment from the staff that I was waiting to order, but that should be expected I guess when all of the staff looks to be under 21. When I finally go to order a bowl, first I'm told there's no chicken and that it would be a wait. I told them that's fine and ordered steak instead. NOPE! Was told that I'd have to wait another eight minutes for that. There was absolutely no meat for an order. I backed out and just said I'll go elsewhere. Then the goof working behind the counter had the nerve to say he'd make me a "cup of queso" to which I had to ask "what am I supposed to do with that?" For a first time visit, absolutely horrendous for an empty restaurant. Safe to say I'd rather drive to Kokomo and go to Chipotle from here on out. read more

I love Mexican food so I had to try Moe's. When I walked in I didn't realize that they made your meal as you were asked if you wanted this or that. That was real surprise. You can have a bowl or a shell if you get a bowl you also get hot tortillas. I chose a bowl. Of course I love all this food so I got the rice and beans I got chicken for my meat. Of course I wanted all the fresh vegetables. I think I just got to much mixed up. Because the rice was different from other Mexican rice I had before. I like sour cream and should have put it on the side because I couldn't eat all the food. I like extra sauce on my rice and should have gotten some to go. There's this little setup that had the different sauces you can get. There were like 3 tables you could sit and eat. They were taken so I took my food to go. I ended up getting 2 meals out of my bowl. But my food was pricey. It really wasn't great but eatable. I will go again and eat some things different. I think I was charged for everything there was nothing that just came with the bowl. I paid almost $20 for lunch. I never spend that much ever for lunch. Even at a restaurant. And I didn't get a drink. But I will give them one more try. read more

We don't have a Moe's where we live so it usually a treat to eat at the Marion IN Moe's. Not so much this time. The counter where they make the food for you was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day. We were there BEFORE they got busy for dinner. The ladies restroom needed cleaned. There was so much spilled soda on the floor in front of the drink dispenser that I almost slipped. There were 2 managers sitting at a table so I mentioned how dangerous it was. The catering manager said "That's why there's a "slippery when wet" sign, ma'am". I thought that was extremely rude. This will not be where we choose to eat next time we are in town. read more

Formerly one of the nicer places in town to grab a reasonably priced lunch. Things have taken a drastic turn in the last six months or so. Little handwritten notes explaining why something isn't working is always a harbinger of the downward spiral. Last time I was here, the lids at the drink station literally fit no cup size that the store offered. How does that even happen? Yes, even Moe's is quickly slipping into "good enough for Marion" status. Sad. UPDATE! Manager just got all passive aggressive and delivered a $0.75 refund on an overcharge... based upon overhearing our lunch conversation. "Next time, let someone know," she says. First of all, we did. Only ate there once and will NEVER return !!!! So bad i wouldnt even feed it to my dog (if i had one) !! I ordered fajitas. Meat was real fatty,chewy and cold ! Vegetables were cold too!! Not even close to being sautéed!!! Onions still had the skin on even !! So i figured i might as well get some cheese ti go with my chips. At least i could eat something. When i got some queso it was so runny and had no flavor. So i spent close to $15 by the time i left and was still hungry I would have been better off going a couple doors down and getting an order of nachos and 3 soft tacos would have been full and still had enough money left to go back another day!! I have eaten here on several occasions. The food is average but the service is ridiculously slow. Four people behind the counter snd it takes forever. The tables are disgustingly dirty as if they havent been wiped down in days. I asked the girl behind the counter if she could send someone to wipe some tables snd she just grunted at me. I will NEVER eat here again. Also no one was wearing hair nets as they prepared food. Absolutely disgusted. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I've wanted to like Moe's, but every time I try it I come out disappointed. They say everything is fresh and what not, but to me the flavor and the freshness just isn't there. I do enjoy the free chips and salsa, but honestly I don't like any of their salsas. I've tried them all, the only semi decent one I thought was the jalapeno and lime salsa has a good kick and good flavor. Plus all of their salsas seem that they were out of a jar (which doesn't really seem fresh to me). One thing about this location though is the employees are extremely friendly and make sure they get your order right. Every time I've gone the manager or owner guy is working making sure it's all going smoothly and that is definitely a breath of fresh air. I prefer chipotle and qdoba over moe's any day. But this is all Marion has unfortunately. read more

Steak nachos are my favorite dish here. My food is always fresh and delicious. I wish there was more consistency to the amount of toppings you get on the dishes. Sometimes they are piled high and sometimes they are skimpy; it all depends on the person on the line. Many times, the salsa bar is close to being empty and when you buy a bag of chips, you don't get a full bag. Either fill the bag full or get smaller bags so that I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Even with a few minor problems, I still love eating here. read more

The food is ok but definitely lacks the fresh taste it boasts. I have gotten cold stale chips the past couple visits. They leave baskets sitting on the counter NEXT to the chip warmer. The little time it seems to save them ruins the chips. Ill go back but not real impressive imo read more

Walked in... waited 5 minutes.. it took 1 person working and 3 people doing nothing while they served one person and about 6 customers deep waiting. Walked out realizing there customer service was awful, they clearly haven't been trained on wait times.
