I'm a huge Moe's fan, but this location was disappointing. One employee was wearing one headphone I could hear music while ordering, was unpleasant to guests and bossy to coworkers in front of a hugely long line of people waiting for orders. He also tried to skimp us on our portions with meat, and we had to request a tiny bit more be put on so it wasn't like two bites of chicken. Overall unpleasant experience. We'll probably be back because it's so close to where we're staying for the month, and I'm hopeful they have it together next visit Edit: went back 01/10/2025 - there were only two workers working on a Friday PM. No one said "Welcome to Moe's" when we walked in (even though no one was there when we walked in). They were super backed up with to go/online orders, and it took forever. Dirty establishment and literally never gets the order correct. They're also out of options every time I've been in (tofu specifically, EVERY time). Pay extra for queso? Hope you're prepared to waste your money, because they won't remember to pack it in your order. (Or even when you ask for it on the side for the nachos, you just won't get any!) We have been coming here for close to 10 years. The last few years though it seems like the quality and quantity of food has diminished significantly. The whole atmosphere and upbeat vibe seems to have taken a dive as well. You still get the "welcome to moe's " greeting when you walk in the door but the enthusiasm and excitement are just not there. I ordered my old favorite the homewrecker burrito. In years past it was packed with meat and bulging at the seems. Each meal made was almost like watching an artist creating a work of art. Now there's no bulging at the seems and the end result seems like it was just quickly thrown together. That old wendy's commercial where's the beef was invading my memory and mind with each bite. Now I walked in and the place looked so unsanitary and the fountain machine with so many different flavor drinks I loved was out of machine! Walked in with my family from out of town. Two people behind counter and no one else in building, so we are first one in line. Guy making burritos was friendly and quick but woman was not very friendly. She also told guy while we were ordering that she was going to leave soon. Not nice. At $3+ for a decent lunch, it's a great alternative to fast food. I had the Overachiever Chix Taco on a flour tortilla. The Chix was extremely dry but because I'm at Moe's, I get to have all types of toppings on it to hide that fact! The chips that come on the side give you a bit of a crunch factor. I preferred a pineapple salsa for the chips but there's a wide variety to choose from. Didn't care for the fact that it was difficult to find seating as most of the tables or the floors under them were littered w/food scraps. The food was okay. It's probably one of those things where you have to be from around here to like it more than chipotle. We thought the steak tasted like hamburger meat. The counters and food station were clean but none of the tables and floors were. The employees were very relaxed but probably should've been more work-minded. We saw a lot of people trip over the wet floor signs and the floor wasn't even wet anymore so they should've put those away. It wasn't a bad experience they should just keep on top of things better. Possibly the worst Moes, paying 25-30 bucks after all said and done for a stack, queso and chips. First of all we received the food and the stack is in a small container on top of the chips. If you order chips and queso and get salsa you would assume to get a pretty fair amount of chips but maybe got a handful under half of them smashed. Then here we go with the stack, ordered the item and they decided not to put the rice inside the item. Called the store to now try to get a new item and the Manager cody or cote told us that it would be a waste to remake it because the rice was done after . First thing is why are we making the food with missing ingredients and then to say it would be a waste to remake it. What kind of dumb ass answer is that, sir are you paying for it no you're not. We seriously need a Moe's in Pembroke Pines. When I lived in Tally, this was my favorite go-to fast food. So, naturally when I came to visit my friends in Ocala, I had to make a put stop before leaving. I found this Moe's to be very clean and efficient. The service was fast and the customer service was good. I had a junior burrito which is the perfect size for me. Anything bigger and I would be tipping over. I'm glad they have the "junior" as an option. The burrito was delicious and I enjoyed every last bite. Can't wait to eat here again! read more

We came in exactly at 11, only one girl was working, she did an excellent job but she was the only one we saw working, doing grill, prep, making food and cash wrap. The restaurant was filthy, floors were sticky, salt spilled on tables, and no ice in the water machine. Not a well run Moe's at all, my sister works at chipotle and said they would never run her chipotle store like this. It needs some work. 2/10 do not recommend. This time the beef burrito had chicken and instead of making a new one the lady picked the chicken off and put a small amount of beef instead of the usual amount. She didn't offer to make a new one. The super kingpin was not even cut through so we had to take it back up to get it cut properly. When we got to the counter to pay there was debris on the counter that no one seemed to care about.
