We ordered on many occasions and every time they don't listen,one time I was told to speak up by a woman who acted like she was dominate when it was clear that she was not the one giving the order. If you got a problem with roles issues or your position please find another job. Every time I order it's something else,they need to listen. When I order I make it as simple and as easy to understand as possible without being arrogant. I tell them a burrito to go,If I told you I want rice and beans on it I don't want a spoonful of rice on it.Then they ask what else when you know it don't matter because they pass it to the second person to put the rest on,this is standard procedure you order there every time. It takes 2 people who can not receive an order to make a burrito. Placed an online order, stated ready for pickup at 1204 pm. Arrived at 1210 pm and my order wasn't ready, the employee I asked for info had no clue about the status. Manager I asked was just as clueless, he asked all employees about my order and they just looked at him like a deer in headlights. Cash register wasn't working, restaurant full of customers waiting on orders, long ass line to place orders, with the whole Covid -19 going on there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL, people in line literally 2 feet apart. I love moes, love moes so much that I go there after doctors appointments next door at Rome medical group, and they do do covid right. When I go to moes I get welcomed with their "welcome to Moe's" and then I get the homewrecker with a large soda(diet) and thinking about it makes my day. First time ever for us to eat in a Moe's. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area and the bathrooms as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and all were wearing face masks and gloves. My nachos were delicious and just the way I asked for them to be prepared. Fresh mex counter service in Rome NY. One of the better Moe's I've been to. All the ingredients on the line were done well. Proteins were tender. It was Moe Monday when I went so it was quite busy, the staff were up to the task however and the line moved quickly. The establishment was maintained well and was clean. The food food is actually pretty good but it is way over priced. I got a burrito meal and it was 14$. My issue is that they pack the burrito with mostly rice and beans and little meat. I could see if the burrito was packed with meat that's a higher cost item but it's not. You can drive just ten minutes up the road to a Latin restaurant and get a giant combo plate so big you gotta take some home because you can't finish it for half the price and it's cooked authentic style. read more

I love Moes but for some reason every time I have gone to the Rome one I have felt very unsatisfied. First thing is the customer service, they are never friendly, they make me feel rushed and it's very obvious they do not care about their service. Another problem is they throw everything together so fast and carelessly that when I take the first bite, it falls apart. I hope they can improve and be more like the New Hartford one! read more

I stopped in Rome today on my way home and grabbed a quick bite at Moe's. I immediately had to post a review and was very surprised to see that the restaurant isn't even in the database yet. I have been to a few Moe's before however this one certainly treated me the best. I ordered the best tasting burrito I have ever had, full of fantastic add-ins from their never ending assembly line of ingredients. I was nervous the $10 bill in my wallet wouldn't be enough and I'd end up washing dishes in the back to pay off my debts however the 10-spot was plenty, with some change thrown back at me. (I didn't account for the free chips and salsa being removed from my price line) On top of that, Moe's employs an excellent staff to match. read more

I keep holding out hope that my order will come out as I specified. This is the third time I've got a "stack" (like a Crunchwrap from Taco Bell) that has no taco shell in it. This just makes it a squishy, flat burrito that makes a mess and falls apart. We also got a burrito bowl. The rice was crunchy (undercooked) and there were jalapeños even though we didn't ask for them.
