I went in on a Monday. There are specials on Monday. The burritos are on sale. I got a steak burrito. I had lettuce put on. I will have to remember not to have the lettuce. Two times now, I have had lettuce and it was not good. I could not eat the burrito with the lettuce on. To eat the burrito, I had to take the lettuce off. Love the Nachos - just beef and queso. The burritos I ordered were packed with mostly hard rice instead of anything else I added. The "grilled onions and peppers" were raw and they didn't include the sides of chipotle ranch I ordered. The little barbacoa in the burrito was not good as far as taste goes.. stick to the chicken or beef. read more

After my first experience was not good, we tried again a while later. While it's still not my favorite Moe's location, it was a much better experience. While I was there, the drink machine was not working correctly and I could not get a diet coke. The manager offered me a bottled drink instead, which was very kind. I've never had issues here before but I haven't ordered in months but today I ordered a kids quesadilla. I ordered two of them cheese only. I took a bite and all I could taste was sour cream and the tortilla. I opened it up and when I tell you, I can't even see the cheese, all I see is a tortilla and the sour cream. That's absolutely ridiculous. There's maybe a couple bits of cheese in there, but there's no way that it should be so bare like that. I'd rather just go to Taco Bell and get a quesadilla with actual cheese in it. The only good thing here is the queso. I don't know what happened this time but I swear my quesadillas in the previous months always had actual cheese in it but this is just not OK especially for how expensive it is. read more

Do not order anything online from this location. The first time, I tried doordash. They forgot a few ingredients I asked for, and they have no way to ask for extras. Tonight, we did order over the app. Ordered nachos for the first time and a quarter way through eating them. I found that there was zero chicken that had been ordered in my meal. So 12 dollar nachos with no main ingredients. Only order in person here so you can make sure they get the order right. read more

My first visit to this location. I ordered a Homewrecker with tofu on the app and headed to Moe's. The restaurant was very clean, and my order was ready on time. It was perfectly prepared as ordered, and all the ingredients were fresh. My burrito was overstuffed and delicious. I received a generous amount of tortilla chips which were fresh and tasty. This place has quite the update! New location and the style and decor is a lot more modern than any other location I've been to in the past. I'll be honest, I was weary of it would be good being brand new, but it was a lot better than some I've eaten at. It wasn't busy so I was helped quickly and the worker was a very pleasant and friendly lady that of course gave me the "welcome to Moes" greeting. The ordering process went smoothly and she was helpful and gave me decent portions and fresh looking ingredients for my burrito which is always a plus! It comes with free chips and salsa which u get from the salsa bar. Their dining area was clean and the drink machine was a neat updated version of the freestyle. The decor and colors were nice and modern mainly turquoise & gray. My food tasted great! And getting the free chips and salsa helps fill me up. Overall a yummy and neat experience trying this new restaurant. Check them out for some fresh Tex-mex style food next time your near Westfield! read more

Every time I go to moes, I usually receive decent food. But not this time. I normally don't go out of my way to leave a negative review but this was so bad I couldn't even finish it. The chicken was flavorless and somehow everything else tasted like it came out of a plastic bag. The man making my food used tiny portions and the bowl could have been accounted for a kids bowl but I spent my last $12 on something that was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that made up for it was the chips but even then i got the most tiny amount of those too. Definitely will consider chipotle or Qdoba next time I want some decent food for an expensive price. Very sad about this. I guess i'll just dig in my empty fridge for something else. read more

This is a new Moe's location that just opened recently in Westfield. The market is somewhat saturated with these types of "Subway-style" Mexican-themed restaurants (Chipotle, Qdoba, etc.). I do enjoy the quality of the food at all Moe's locations, and I suppose that's what keeps me coming back. One thing I do notice about this location is that the nachos portion size seems to have shrunk considerably, compared to what I'm accustomed to at other Moe's restaurants. Maybe that's a corporate-driven thing, but I would like to see a little more food on the plate. I would imagine nachos are one of the more profitable food items on their menu, so I'm thinking they have some wiggle room there. read more

09/09/24 I want to tell you my bad experience with Moes I bought a bowl of white chicken and the rice and chicken were hard, as if they were from a day before NOTHING WAS FRESH the lady that's always there she appears to be short and pregnant is always rude and disrespectful they need to fire her or fix her because this is not acceptable. read more

This was my first time ever going to this restaurant chain. My burrito was not good. Since I don't eat rice I think they put too many black beans and they weren't really fully cooked. That totally blew the burrito. The queso was warm and the chips were good so at least I got something for lunch. I didn't like the adobo chicken either. Sorry I won't be back. read more

Employee making my food was using her phone with her gloves on and then continued making my food without changing her gloves. Disgusting. Then, I asked if they had unsweet tea. My visit started with the gentleman who took my order dropped the lid of my food container on the floor and then tried to pick it up and continue to use it with my food. I had to ask to have a new one. We ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. We were given no chips or salsa despite all the numerous signs referring to the free chips and salsa. I usually love this place however I've had a few bad experiences my last 3 trips in...1 the food was wrong when we ordered ahead. 2 when I placed an order to go the person making my food was more interested in watching a car get towed from the parking lot then making our order, he literally stopped and watched 3+ times and I had to keep repeating what we wanted and lastly our rewards points were not added to our account when our orders have been $40+. This is the best Moe's I've ever been to. I used to frequent the Fishers Moe's every Monday for their Monday deal and always had bad experiences with grumpy staff and small portions. The Westfield Moe's gives amazing portion sizes and their staff is very friendly! The restaurant is also super clean. Definitely worth the extra drive for a pleasant experience!
