Run from this practice. All they care about is money. I took my 16-year old kitty who has severe asthma in February. We usually see Dr. Butera, who is great, but on this day, Dr. Butera was not in so we had to see Dr. "Toni." Before this vet even came in the room to my cat, the vet tech said bloodwork was needed. I said, no, she's dying, I just want her to get relief to get her to home euthanasia. Nope, the vet came in the room and raised her voice and I politely asked her to lower her voice Said she will be treat without blood work. I felt I had no choice and was held hostage to get my cat treated, so I agreed. Well, bloodwork came back okay. She then gave a steroid injection and antibiotic injection. We took our kitty home an she made it just a few more weeks and today we took her a new vet. This new vet really examined our cat and informed of many more things going on. The decision was made that today was the day we let her go... What I didn't say, is that I did call and speak to the practice manager. She took notes and said she'd get back to me. I did ask for a refund. Well, she called me back and no refund because I agreed to the bloodwork. I said you are not listening to me. I had no choice. Well, I'm no longer going to Mogadore vet and I'm telling anyone I can how poorly I was treated. Seriously reconsider getting vet care at Mogadore Vet. They are all about the money and not compassion. read more

They took care of my little dog for years and were very kind and professional. They always took their time and listened to my concerns.

I've been taking my cats here for almost 5 years now. The receptionists, vet techs and the veterinarians are always very compassionate and knowledgeable. My cat was sick and had to go in today. As always, they put me at ease and took great care of him. He has his medicine and is going to be just fine. I also really appreciate that this office has fair prices, and they never do unnecessary procedures. Thanks again for the great care for my kitty. read more

I first want to say that I have been bring my pets to Mogadore Veterinarian Hospital since the 1980's. We have always been treated very well by the entire staff. They have always been so compassionate and loving to all of our pets over the years. Until my wellness appointment for Zoe on 4/10/2019. The appointment was with Tracy Stanek, this was the first time I met Tracy. When Tracy finally came in the exam room she seemed like she was a bit uneasy when she saw Zoe (Zoe did bark at her). I feel Tracy was rude and very condescending with everything she said to me. She was so condescending even telling me to step out of the exam room, which I refused to do. I finally said to her "just give Zoe her bordetella and lepto vaccines and I will reschedule for her to get her exam" Tracy said she wouldn't give Zoe her vaccines without doing the exam and if I leave I would be charged for an office visit anyway. I told her to go continue with the exam. Tracy talked several times about heart worm pills. I told her Zoe and Zeus both are on heart worm. She ask me how many pills I have left, I told her want we had left and she very rudely said the numbers don't add up. I pretty much felt like she called me a liar and was questioning how we care for our babies. I will NEVER have Tracy examine my babies again, not even to clip their nails!! I would NOT recommend Tracy Stanek to anyone! read more

Just used to be a very good veterinary place. I have always taken my animals there now they are becoming overrun hard to get in and not very friendly on the phone. They tell you to call the next day to find out when you can get in then they tell you got to wait another day for an emergency situation.So my dog had to suffer one more day because of their negligence. read more

we were clients here for 4 years. when the pandemic hit the issues just began to grow exponentially. the communication was poor. it was difficult to get an appointment. we had many post-op complications in own of my dogs which was challenging to deal with given the lack of communication. we had our annual visit this year and paid for updated vaccines, heart worm tests, stool tests, etc. after this visit we told them I'm we would be moving and switching offices but they said they would fill our heart worm medication for us given we just paid for the blood work. now it's time to refill the prescription and they say they are unwilling to help us. unwilling to provide us with basic necessities because we are transferring offices, even though we paid for the annual visit and heart worm tests. just another reason we can't continue using this vet. read more

They are the best around.. They really do care about your animals when they are sick or hurt.. They get you in and out and you feel that you left with the best of care for your animal.. I can't say enough about Dr. Williams she is great..I hope she stays around forever I don't know what I would do without her... And not to mention the staff and the other doctors..
