She had answers for all of our questions. They have their system of showing you the units in such a seamless way that it made the whole experience of getting a unit so easy! Then upon unloading our moving truck, we met Phil while he was making one of his security checks. I chatted with him briefly, and he gave me the ins and outs of the facility. They offer insurance- or you can use your own. They'll give you a complimentary lock if you need one, as well. The hours of access are decent, and the price is fair. So, if you're in need of a facility to store your things- this could be just what you're looking for.

Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.
