After my now ex-husband discharged a firearm at me and portrayed the incident to law enforcement in a way that put the blame entirely on my response, I was charged with two felonies. Dan fought for me. One felony was dismissed, and the other was resolved as a misdemeanor with a deferred sentence, my record sealed and no fines.
