I wasn't too crazy about the guacamole, which was sour and lost the buttery freshness of the avocado. But the béarnaise sauce was excellent with a creamy and light hollandaise taste. I recommend the salad bar as well with all the veggies you could possibly want, fresh and some accompanied by delicious sauces. The ambiance is posh and modern - the mood lighting sort of makes you feel like you are in an aquarium. The service is quite slow but friendly!
