Great for all you can eat sushi. You order 5 things at a time, once you finish you order more. Everything is fresh made to order. Beverages are not included in the price. I paid like 40 euros and had small 10 dishes. It is near the Doubletree Hilton Central station. They don't open until 1PM but they are open until 10:00PM. read more

we walked into the restaurant and waited around 5 minutes for the hostess to even come to the hostess stand. already weird vibes. then we got seated and you order via an app so you don't even speak or interact with the servers. and the attitude of the some servers aren't great. my party got weird looks from a specific server. then, we ordered 6 salmon nigiris and 9 tuna nigiris. the nigiri's come out and half of the tuna are a weird grey looking color. so we asked a worker and she couldn't give a straight up answer. and the water is $8. crazy. view of the canal is nice ig. read more

All you can eat sushi for 31 a person for dinner, which is a really good deal!! Although the range was wide, I wasn't impressed with the sushi selection itself. They did a great job with non-sushi dishes however, such as chicken karaage, enoki bacon, poke bowl, and unaji roll. The matcha ice cream in the end was also included. Awful. The waiters will not even look at you let alone speak. You order via an app so no need to speak when you order but come on! A simple "please enjoy" or a "thank you" when the food is delivered. There is a timer running on the app to make sure you don't overstay your "welcome". Sarcasm intended. When you finish your meal you can preview the bill on the app but you can't pay through the app. When you finally get the attention of a waiter they bring the bill and credit card reader in silence. After paying the waiter said absolutely nothing and just walked away. There is nothing that would ever make me visit this restaurant again. read more

Walking from NEMO science center to central station, we came across Mojo; an all you can eat Japanese concept. It is reasonably priced for dinner at $25 euros each. The all you can eat concept is administered by an iPad in which you place your orders on. You have unlimited to high quality dishes such as salmon nigiri, ribeye steak, lamb chops, soup, and more. They even have Dutch dishes on the unlimited menu such as bitterballen. Great place with a great view as well the large windows give a panoramic view of the Amsterdam and it's canals. The service was great and the food came out quickly. The staff spoke English. A very good Japanese culinary experience in Amsterdam. This is a newly opened Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant, located in the center of Amsterdam. If you are looking for a restaurant for no matter a romantic date or a reunion meal with a group of friends, this place is highly recommended! Reason 1 goes to the breathtaking view from the windows of the whole restaurant. Especially with the pretty lights on over the water after sunset. It feels like enjoying an art during your meal, very pleasant atmosphere! Not only the view outside, but the decoration and interior inside the restaurant is also quite stylish. Another plus! Food is the key of a restaurant, my lock was not fully opened until I tasted the 1st round we ordered. Food are very fresh and tasty, serviced by very friendly staffs. Last but not least, some practical tips for using their advanced order system: 1. click with your finger top softly; 2. for each round, when your order reaches the max nr of dishes, the system automatically stops adding more dishes; 3. after finish ordering of each round, you can confirm and submit it directly to the kitchen. I just went here with my peeps for celebration the end of school term. This is a newly opened Japanese all you can eat restaurant and I think it is the most affordable restaurant with high quality food in Amsterdam. It is located near Media Markt and only 10 minutes working from Amsterdam Centraal Station. Not only delicious, the food is well-decorated which is also the feast for the eyes. Great view outside of the restaurant and you have this romantic fine-dining feeling here also. read more

Great view. Comfy seats. Had the all you can eat. Sashimi is add-on per selection surcharges. Ordering is done via a tablet with pictures and Dutch baked off the items. There is a laminated menu on the tables if you are a guest time sushi eater and can't tell what you're ordering by looking at pictures. You can order up to 5 items per person per order. You have to wait at least 8 minutes before you can submit another order. For our 2nd order, we just reviewed what we'd like and had our selections ready for us to submit by pressing the order button on the tablet. You get about 2 - 3 pieces of a sushi roll per selection. Hot food is different and some portions are larger - like udon, teriyaki, etc - so be careful how many of these you order if you're there for the sushi [& filling sushi rice]. They have delicious hot foods and extremely good selection of these. The sushi is decent but it's not an extremely diverse selection. They have the basics - tuna, zalm [salmon], California, cucumber, and some temaki but don't hold your breath for spider/ soft shell crab, eel. tuna avo, zalm avo, eel avo, hamachi, shrimp tempura, dynamite, spicy fish, etc. Despite the limited sushi selection, the vast veggie selection in combination to the snail sushi selection and Dutch options satisfied me read more

Compared to Sumo or Shabu Shabu, this is better. The sushi is nice, not too salty and the rice portions are modest so you are not stuffed after one round (I made it to 5! Personal victory of sorts..). They also have this tablet system which is not terrible once you get used to it (press only briefly on the buttons, its not an ipad). Disadvantage is that the service and waiting has been reduced to logistics and the employees tend to act as logistical service providers rather than staff. You'll see about 10-15 different people coming to your table on any given night and none of them will seem to care for even a second. Most unfriendly is the pickup line where were left standing for fifteen minutes even though the restaurant was not full and there were employees walking about everywhere ("I'm sorry, its not my job to bring people to the table here").. Apart from that: if you're in for just quick and cheap sushi at good pricing, this place is definetely worth the visit. read more

Yes Mo-Jo is unlimited sushi, however I think the term "Japanese tapas" suits the dining experience more. Set in a high end restaurant with a stunning view of Amsterdam, you get served beautiful food by friendly staff. I'm quite picky when it comes to sushi and was pleasantly surprised with the rice to fish ratios here. Not your usual ball of rice, but rather elegantly refined bite sized pieces. The sour cucumber salad was a nice healthy dish to balance out the meal. We tried some of the sake, which was very tasty also. Overall, great experience while not being to harsh on your wallet. If you like fast sushi, this is your go-to. BUT the quality of the food, especially the sushi, wasn't great. It almost seemed like it came from a refrigerator, however, the hot plates weren't bad at all. I had the grilled salmon and the cooked shrimp. I would also recommend the hand rolls, they were pretty good. I had the cooked eel, one of my favorites, and the crab roll. Compared to the other all you can eat sushi places in Amsterdam, this one is by far my favorite. It is the typical, pay one price, and you get 5 choices each round, but for 2,5 hours. You order from a tablet, and in record time, food starts piling up on your table. Everything was very tasty, and service was awesome. Decor and view is also a huge plus for this place. This place has sadly gone downhill. The warm dishes got a bit better, but the quality of the sushi really isnt that good anymore. Sometimes they use frying oil which has gone bad, which makes the dishes fried in them inedible. Its such a shame! We reserved a table at the window, way in advance. When we arrived (most of the tables still unoccupyd) We were told we couldnt have a windowseat, because those were for people who had made a special reservation for them. Which is what we had!! We ate here on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was very full and we were worried we would not get a seat. But the friendly woman who greeted us showed us to a place between two other parties. The room was very nice and we got a great view over sea palace and over the water! The tablet menu was a little confusing, but "charming English waiter" (the staff are very international) showed us how to use it and the staff continued to be between helpful and pleasant funny all evening. And very fast, considering that they were too busy! The food itself was very nice, although some things came out a little different than they looked on the menu, but the staff were ready to tell us what was what! We especially liked the tempura and the prawn sushi's, and the excitement of ordering the teryaki (which comes on a sizzling hot plate). They have a good selection of wine and beer and a variety of delicious desserts! The price is reasonable and I certainly recommend this place overall. read more

We thought we had finished our order but everyone around us was getting theirs even after ordering after us. We could not get anyone's attention for a very long time to understand we had one more button to push. If you have experienced real sushi, nigiri, and miso soup you will be severely disappointed no choice and poor quality rice and all that was available. This maybe the worst service I've had in the Netherlands. I dropped in for a quick lunch while working at the library next door. I had to wave down a server to take my order after waiting for about 10 minutes. Then she didn't bother to check my order and brought me 3X the amount of food I asked for. When her boss came to see what happened he was extremely rude and blamed me for the misunderstanding. Then no one came back around to check on me or give me my bill. After three servers walked past my table without looking at me, I got up and asked if I could pay at the bar. My napkin was also dirty when I sat down and the a la carte portions were super small - 9 pieces of making for 10 euros. If I went here to eat a ton of food, it might have been okay. But don't stop by if you want a quick and satisfying lunch with decent service. I wouldn't go here again simply because the service is horrendous. read more
