For example once a friend ordered a muffin and it was as hard as a rock, so when she told the waiter he told her it might've been there for a few days but he let her order something more expensive for the same price. Another time the waiter served me a milkshake I hadn't ordered so when he brought me the right milkshake, he also gave me the wrong one for free! I guess this can be expected in such a small place, when something goes wrong and you complain about it they'll make it up to you for sure, and that's a good thing.
