I feel I'm so nice and friendly when I go in there and I don't even get a crack of a smile. I've never seen someone who looks like they hate their job so much. In fact, we were always afraid of going in and dealing with such sour individuals. If we had rented a car, we probably would have made the trip down to Conad in Camucia during our 2 week stay in Cortona.
