Additionally, the old and poor repair was amended without my asking nor did I pay extra. Judy was clear about her workload and offered a pick up time that she honored even with the extra work that she had completed. I actually teared up to see the repair work. I brought it back and they claimed they cant guarantee how long it will last....I would assume more than one use. They fixed it again and when i picked up she said she would only charge me half, i said im not paying because it wasnt fixed the first time. The woman was nice enough to not charge me but said she wouldnt fix it again for free. It broke AGAIN the next day, thanks for nothing but wasting my time and taking my money.

The woman that works here is very unpleasant and when I questioned her work she did not handle it…read morewell. She sewed my item wrong so that the two sides did not match. When I asked her to fix it she told me to go home and try it on even though the sides were clearly totally different. When she finally agreed to fix it she would not give me a pick up slip and said she would "remember me". Surprise surprise, when I came to pick up my item she did not remember me and had a hard time locating my things. When she finally found my item it was stuffed into a cubby where it was crumpled and not even hung up. She tossed it on the counter and as I lifted it to exam it she rolled her eyes and went to the back where she started talking on the phone. She didn't even ask if I was okay with it or say goodbye. I am assuming this is why she only takes cash and makes you pay before you see her work. Very strange behaviour and I would not recommend anyone goes here.
