Over priced frozen food. $7 for a tiny container of cheese curds was my breaking point. Never again

It's the closest restaurant to the convention center so everyone happens to walk there for our lunch and we fill the place up and are all back in time for the afternoon session. Great food, burger was a little too done though when I asked for medium rare. Great beer selection as well. I love the sun drop! I enjoy sitting at the bar and watching the sports for my lunch break.

Service was good, no complaints. The food, however, very subpar. First was the Flat Iron Steak Sandwich. Basically, a French Dip. Looked promising but the steak was cut thick and very tough. Flavor was fine but chewy. Next was the Pig & Fig sandwich. Reports were good and positive. Last was the special "Fresh Lake Michigan Perch". This was not good. It was over cooked and tasted like it was fried in last week's oil. One bite was enough. Burnt taste and very dry. Our server was very apologetic, offered something else and took it off our bill. There are plenty of other places on Main Street. I'd try somewhere else. BTW - Dockside Tavern, nearby, was very cool & good. All with a lakefront view.

In fact, at 7 pm on a Thursday, there wasn't even a dozen people in the restaurant to begin with. Everything was decorated for Valentine's Day which was a cute addition. The domes are also heated which made things nice, but you can't really see the river which is the point of the domes. Additionally, our server didn't really check on us and it took a while to get the condiments missing when the food arrived. We ordered a variety of items with the ny strip being the best of what we tried. The au jus was rather bland, the fries were crispy but had no flavor, the fish was quickly soggy due to all the oil not being drained. We added on hush puppies to the fish and chips.... $5 for 5 hush puppies. Would not suggest doing that, not worth the up charge. There is an eclectic mix of things on the menu but nothing that would lead me to recommend someone to try this place. The beer selection was great however so if you are looking for a place to grab a drink, the tap room feels like a great option. The restaurant however is more for vibes than a quality meal.

We ordered over Fourth of July weekend and the fries we received were soggy crinkle cut fries. Nothing like what they normally serve. Last year during EAA we took family members from out of town after talking about how good the food was, only to be served nasty frozen hamburger patties. It was nothing like what they normally serve, and I felt bad for talking this place up only to have it be completely subpar. I understand during busy times that a restaurant's service can suffer, but to provide cheap replacements to cut back on their costs is completely unacceptable.

There were quite a few fast food and sandwich options close, but this had more a super club vibe which we were after. We weren't disappointed! They served prime rib on Thursday and red meat sounded like a perfect choice. Dinner started with a choice of two sides, so I had a cup of the Chicken Andouille and rice soup which warmed my heart. It was delightfully spicy. The prime rib was done to perfection and the au jus was flavorful. My wife had the pretzel crusted salmon with a mustard sauce on the side, asparagus and mashed potatoes. She hadn't had salmon done that way before and thought it was great. Will definitely return our next trip to Oshkosh.

This restaurant is also right next to an airfield with a large outdoor seating section. We came for dinner & the sun was already down, although it was still 70 degrees outside we sat inside. Our hostess asked us if we wanted anything to drink & we just asked for water, she promptly brought us 2 plastic cups of water. This was just a bit strange to me because all of the other tables around us, had glassware. Our server was great, when I asked for recommendations he had several, including the French dip, the Hangar curd burger, & the Tuscan chicken penne. The Friday night special was Fish Fry but I was not in the mood for anymore fried food. My husband ordered the French dip & I decided to try the pan fried Walleye since I've never had Walleye before, which is a local fish. My husband really enjoyed his French dip, and it was a really good size portion, stuffed with thin slices of roast beef, sautéed onions & mushrooms & melted mozzarella cheese. The French bread was lightly toasted & the au jus was tasty. I really enjoyed my pan fried Walleye entree. The fish was nice and light and they cooked it with the skin on but really crisped it up. It was served on a bed of pesto mashed potato's and topped with sautéed spinach & blistered grape tomato's then drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Lots of flavor & great textures. I was very satisfied with my choice. I'd definitely recommend this place.
