They asked me a few questions about my mom and things she liked/enjoyed, within a day or so they had multiple ideas ready to go and quoted me a price per person. They were very communicative and helpful in helping to find the perfect craft for my mom's party and up unto my mom's party. The best part, they provided a few snacks and had popcorn and margarita machine for us to use. We were also able to bring in our own decorations, snacks and beverages. Marcus was our instructor, he was very professional, funny, and helpful. He even provided additional help and care to those in the class that wanted extra help perfecting their work of art. There are both branded yarns and pretty hand dyed yarns created by Anita the artisan/owner. The shop is mostly yarn, but also a variety of other crafting supplies and crafts on display - lots of cute felt projects, fimo clay jewelry, and various mixed media projects. There's a lot of cute finished projects out to see and buy supplies to duplicate, as I did with a beautiful crocheted scarf. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
