Molly's Coffee Shop is a real authentic gem of Fredericton. I had a surprise layover on my return flight to NYC and couldn't have been happier to stumble upon this wonderful place. We ordered banana split sundaes and Molly made these delicious creations herself. YUM!!! The only thing that could have elevated the experience more and DID was her welcoming personality and warmth sharing stories about the history of this special town in New Brunswick. Visitors should definitely add this place to their "must visit" list. The decor is Instagram worthy and you won't leave with an empty heart. read more

My boyfriend and myself wanted to get out of the rain and the fresh chowder being advertised outside Molly's sounded inviting! Unfortunately the face that met us inside the door was not! The menu was disappointing and confusing. They offered Borittos next to shepards pie and items that are so un-exciting that I can't even remember what they were. Listening to food being put into a microwave was just the cherry on top. Oh yeah, and they only take cash. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But atleast notify new customers of this before they order. The small sign by the clutter of decor was not very noticeable. How is this place still open? The most awful, uncomfortable experience I've ever had. Molly has a sour disposition and she acts put out as though having customers is the ultimate inconvenience in her life. The decor is quirky, sure, but the food is awful and the vibe is all wrong. read more

The service here is pretty intimidating. If you do decide to go, avoid asking about anything on the menu as this is discouraged.. the coffee at this "coffee house" is keurig pods for 2.50 a piece and you can only get either cream OR milk for the entire table so choose wisely. Was too scared to order food. read more

This place was awful, it felt like Molly didn't want any customers. She could careless about you wanted. I asked for a chicken Caesar salad and she brought me a chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it was bland and soggy. I will never go back to Molly's. Also they only take cash??? Get with the times!!! read more
