I started going here in 2019 due to injuries from a car accident. I was getting adjusted, concurrently seeing an acupuncturist, and finally had a shot in my spine elsewhere to alleviate the majority of the pain. I'm finally at a point where the pain is manageable. If you feel like treating yourself, I recommend booking a massage. Every massage therapist I've been to here has left me floating in the clouds after I walk out of the room. To help maintain my well-being, I come in every other week for an adjustment. Usually Dr. Jones adjusts me but I've also been adjusted by Dr. Hidalgo, both of whom have recommended various techniques to aid my healing. I'm also a certified klutz and Shai has been able to book me last minute! I'm incredibly grateful that they stayed later on Tuesday to take care of my lower back issue from what Dr. Jones has dubbed "Extreme Gardening." It was a hectic time but my back is much better! I was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis by my orthopedic surgeon last fall. He recommended spinal surgery to relieve the pressure on my nerves in the L3,L4 and L5 vertebrae. I first met Dr. Jones about a month after my car accident in July. I had seen an ad for him on Facebook that prompted me to call. Though I have had a previously unfavorable experience with another chiropractor I figured I should try him out because it couldn't really get worse. I went to this guy last year for hip pain after an injury. On the 3 or 4th visit he decided to adjust my neck 3 hours later I ended up in ICU for a couple weeks for a hemorrhagic stroke.
