When I showed up for my appt they told me I cant use the gift certificate and turned around and took $5 off the total of my gift certificate and they called it a "processing fee" None of what they said made sense and this is obviously not the first time this situation has occured. What was supposed to be the cutest gift and relaxing time ended up being an unnecessary headache. Do not recommend!!!!

Deep tissue massages are imperative for my back that's loaded with massive knots and I've literally tried dozens of places but this by far wins the award hands down. Lauren is incredible at finding my problem areas without me even having to say anything. Her talent and passion for what she does is much appreciated and impossible to not notice. The studio is clean, and the rooms are large, relaxing and beautifully decorated. Warm massage tables and extremely comfortable head rests (that's important so your face remains relaxed and allows you to enjoy every second). I gave up and ask led for my money back. I was offered my money back on the gift certificates. I was told to bring them and proof of purchase. When I showed up Diane was very short and hostile. I returned every gift certificate (bonus ones ones as well) from origanl purchase. I learned Diane misrepresented her self as a massage therapist. She does not infact hold that license and feels she learned enough that she can do it. Now they refuse to refund. They have stolen my money. Don't put your self in harms way and injur your body or wallet. ​
