The store was laid out differently than the Sandy location so was a weird experience passing the front entrance and not seeing the checkout on the left wall as you enter the store... for those with a compass, near the northeast area of the store. The clerk didn't look at me or ask me if I needed help but continued their conversation. I waited for about 6 minutes, then I put my stuff back and left. Another piece of clothing had a green dot on the tag and asked what the green dot was for, and it was from the Black Friday sale that finished last week - and the gal mentioned it needed to be taken off. I saw a yellow/mustard cardigan with stars towards the bottom, but also noticed a huge hole on the left bottom of the cardigan. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

Walking in, it feels like a non-resale store, it feels more like a store selling new clothes because most items are in excellent condition.
