I didn't receive a call or email saying they couldn't make it. I called the phone # I booked with and the other phone # on their website. I left messages on both and sent an email asking what happened. They never responded to my messages or my emails. Very unprofessional to say the least. I ended up contacting Groupon for a refund.

I own rental property so when I renovate, cleaning is the last phase. This CEO told me that she will be at my house and have everything cleaned by Friday afternoon. So, I set up viewings for the house Friday and Saturday. I went down to the house and it was not cleaned, when I contacted this CEO, she said that she had the wrong house number and would have it cleaned by 8am on Saturday morning ready for my showings. She confirmed that this was her intent and what the address was. Of course Saturday morning comes along and she didn't show up, didn't call or respond to me calls or text. This kind of "service" goes far beyond unprofessional. I would highly recommend that this CEO figure out what running a business actually means, before she commits to running one.
