I called recently to ask a question and the sales representative was incredibly helpful. Additionally, their prices are much more competitive than other party supply stores in Montreal. Lastly, their selection of helium balloons cannot be beat! We added the gel to the balloons we purchased from here and they lasted an unbelievable amount of time, more than 2 weeks!

They have a system of binders where you write down the code of the costume you want, and the costumes are in the back store, which avoids people from opening the costume bags and damaging the costume. You can try on the costume before purchase. Prices are good and competitive. Store is big. They have a balloon station. They also have a wedding section. Big choice for teens and toddlers. The bad: Some staff members, not all though, do not want to be there and it shows (no smile, no customer service). Parking is totally AWFUL! I think this store must be difficult to get service when busy (but this is an assumption). No clerks on floor for help if we need a question (we were wondering something in the wedding section, could not find anyone in 20 minutes' time). In the end, this store does NOT label itself as a Halloween store. Therefore you might find that costume you are looking for. But you might wait a while before trying it on if the store is busy.

I had three party balloon bouquets done up and they really looked wonderful. Also they kindly had put them in big orange garbage bags to protect them on the ride home. This is exceeding the customer 's expectations! For the three bouquets it took around 20 minutes. This was just based on a walk in and no appointment. Price was $57 for the three bouquets (tax in). This was a bit expensive but from my experience around par compared with what Party Expert in Laval charges. Browsed around when waiting and saw that they have a great selection of Halloween costumes and lots of items to spice up your party. Service was very friendly and pleasant. The prices were steep, especially for older models that I've seen worn over and over again. I tried on 4 costumes and they were all nice no rips or broken zippers just didn't feel brand new and wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with two of the workers a shorter man and a taller woman both were trying to get a feel for what I wanted which was kind but there wasn't to many that were amazing plus they were making inappropriate jokes to each other,not that I care but after I said I would come back the girl assumed she lost a sale and didn't look up at me to say bye.
