He wouldn't even let me sit in the waiting room. I noticed he was European and I'm assuming he's racist to non white people. He forcefully grabbed my hand and put It on the fingerprint pad and then kept being extremely rude the whole time I was there as if I'm not a paying customer. It was the rudest, meanest, most horrible and scary experience I've had with someone in a professional setting. Do not go here and give this man your business!!

Disrespectful, Dishonest, Rude, Unprofessional, and Subpar Customer-Service (lowest allowable…read more1-star rating) I had a fingerprinting appointment at 8 a.m. at Fingerprints Plus on Saturday, September 16th. I arrived punctually at 7:45 am & parked directly in front of this business. Upon my arrival, an individual (Hector, who I later learned was the business owner) was using a leaf blower to remove leaves from parking spaces directly in front of the business. I exited my car and walked towards the front door. Hector walked a few feet in front of me, and once he made it inside, he immediately locked the door, ignoring my presence. I stood there and waited until 8 a.m. when Hector came and unlocked the front door and still continued to act as if I wasn't even there. I followed him back to the rear office and I asked him if he was an affiliated with Fingerprints Plus, at which point he finally acknowledged my presence by answering "yes." He then asked if I was [my name]? Once inside the office, I told Hector that he could've said to me that he'd be with me momentarily instead of closing/locking the door directly on me when he saw me walking behind him. His response was, "I thought you were waiting for the barbershop," which was a lie because he knew that he was expecting a customer when he stated my name. When I pushed back on his lie, he said, "You know what time I open." At that moment, I told him I would tell others how he operates his business [poorly]. By this point, Hector started using profane language, to which he stated to the effect, "I'm refusing you service, you can go get your fingerprints done somewhere else," and "I deal with your kind all the time," and "I'm not doing your fingerprints cause you're still going to leave a f*****g review." At that moment, I had the presence of mind to start recording this interaction on my cellphone only because I didn't want to be considered a no-show for my scheduled appointment. I told him that I would leave once I had received a canceled appointment email notification that would've come from FieldPrint and that he should expect to see a stellar review on Yelp regarding this horrible experience. Hector stated that he was going to contact FieldPrint and have them send the cancellation email; instead, he lied and called the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (bit.ly/FingerprintsPlus), which was dishonest and a blatant attempt to sabotage my background investigation. I wish I had read the reviews for this organization before my visit because It would've saved me the inconvenience of encountering this rude and unprofessional business owner/establishment. The disgusting and subtle racist comment was unprofessional and warranted this detailed review and me filing of a formal complaint.

So ive used this store alot. They are nice and friendly but my experience today was ridiculous…read more I had an amazon return that didnt need a bix just a label. I went to drop it off and realized that, for some reason, i didnt get a return QR code that would allow the staff print a label. I was told that id have to email it to them (easy enough) and then the other shoe dropped - "it will cost $2.95 to print it off" The shocked look on my face must have said to the guy "wait what?" and he repeated the cost. I walked out. So i know its a franchise and i know they probably dont make anything off shipping my return back for all of their hard work (print the label, put the item in a plastic bag that amazon probably supplies them and print and slap the label on and put it in a bin. Doing the math... $2.95 for 3 minutes of work comes out to $59/hr but geeeze. If youre gonna have an agreement and be an end point for Amazon dont take it out on your customer. If i drove home (2miles, printed the label) and drove back for a total of 4 miles, at 20/miles per gallon would only be about a buck 25 at $5/gallon. So here's a customer service adage for ya... have a good experience tell 10 folks.. have a bad experience tell everyone. It could and should have been handled better
