Alex and his team do a great job every time we have them come out to clean our gutters. We have some short needle pine trees that seem to dump a metric ton of needles every year and it seems like 95% of them end up in our gutters! His team comes out, ensures that every gutter is spotless and is also helpful in pointing out any issues they see, but doesn't try and upsell you on other services. After reading all the reviews here on Yelp, I decided to give them a call to have my gutters cleaned. Within a couple of days, Alex was out with another one of his guys and they went to work. Next morning during a rain storm, I noticed that one of my gutters was overflowing and barely draining from the downspout. I contacted Alex to explain what I was seeing. He let me know that if the weather was better in the afternoon he'd stop by then, if not then the next day he'd stop by. He stopped by that afternoon when the weather got better and went back up on the roof to unclog the downspout. I highly recommend Monapix for power washing and window washing. They recently came out and somehow got the green junk off our siding and power washed away several wasp nests! This was no easy task since we have a walkout which means the back of the house is 3 stories tall. Also, they washed all the windows and screens inside and out ( it's probably over 4 years since that happened. They even figured out how to be the glass out of our screen door so it could receive its first cleaning ever! I had Monapix out Saturday and they did a very good job. I have a lot of windows and compared pricing. Their fees were very reasonable compared to the other places I called. They were friendly and got all my windows done within two hours. They are also doing some screen repairs and bringing them back next week. They are cheaper for that than the hardware store.
