Went to Pnc Bank on 04/07/2024 to deposit one thousand dollars through a ATM machine upon…read moredepositing the money it show that I was depositing only 920 dollars so I discontinued my deposit transfer and pulled my money out of the ATM machine and counted the money in my car.Sure enough i was short 80 dollars but I had bills to pay so I resubmitted the 920 dollars and this time the machine rebooted and kept my money and ejected my bank card.I called Customer Service on a Sunday and she told me not to worry I would get my money back just to go the branch Monday morning and let them know what happened. So I went Monday morning and spoke to the branch manager I believe her name was Mrs Chandler and she told to call Brinks because it was not the banks ATM machine even though it was in front of the bank that is ridiculous. So I asked her since I was there can we call Brinks she said she would have her Assistant help me I said okay so I waited. So when the bank assistant called my name she sat me down in her office and asked me what the problem was and I started explaining to her what happened. She asked me for my drivers license and bank card and let her know I needed my money because I had bills to pay and she responded by telling me there is nothing she can do because brinks owns the ATM machine and I would have to call them. I asked her why do I have to call them when I am at your bank and I have my account here. She responded by telling me she doesn't own the bank and I responded back but you work and you're an Employee of Pnc Bank. She told to leave and threw my drivers license and bank card on the table at me I told her hell if I am leaving without help or my money and she said f__k you not once but twice i never seen anyone so unprofessional as her she should be terminated for talking to a customer like that. So I left without my money and couldn't believe an employee would use foul language like that to a bank customer. I haven't received my money back as of 04/12/2024 or any calls from PNC Bank Main Corporate Office. Do not go there or they will treat you like crap.
