Awful!!!!! I owed these idiots money, fair enough, but a…read morelong weekend happened and payment got off schedule, no problem I thought, as I walked into the office the very NEXT business day... I simply wanted to pay my debt, the haggard woman at the desk refused my money!! Stating "I've already requested it from your bank", well have you received the funds, I asked, "no" she replied plainly. I offered once more, I am here, I said, I will pay you now, just cancel the request.. I cannot, replied the unhelpful shrew, the system does not allow me to do that. Frustrated, I left the office, sure the payment would be removed the following business day, today was Monday so surly by Tuesday everything would be resolved... WRONG! By Thursday I found myself at the bank questioning the teller, who of course had no idea what was going on. I knew that my fiancées loan had been taken out Wednesday morning without error, from the same bank, the same branch for God sake! Mine still remained! I had, of course, by this time been living without money, to ensure the funds were available, until this point (it had been a light paycheck that week). So, like a sucker, I waited one more day. Friday, I awoke and the funds were STILL untouched! So I proceeded BACK to my bank where I cancelled the account they had been granted access to because frankly, they do NOT deserve to dip their greasy fingers in my account whenever they get around to it!!!
