This product is non-conspicuously sold together with the Line of Credit. Almost 4 months have gone by before I caught this product in my statement. In the statement that they e-mail, this product is listed as "Fees." Not every email lists these "Fees" in their statement. When I called the Customer Service at 1 (877) 526-6639 and asked to refund me this product that I never intended to purchase in the first place, they referred me to the store manager. When I contacted the store manager, Janet, asking for a refund, she referred me to the district manager, Elena. When I contacted Elena, she was either out of the office, or refused to refund this product that I never intended to purchase. Be very careful with this company and triple check and read everything that you sign before walking out of the store.

So for a $20K loan (title loan which they use your car as collateral, means no risk) you need to repay $31K total in 3 years which is 31% and NOT 5.79%. How is that screwing you the buyer? if you like to pay out the loan, lets say after a year you only save the 5.79% of interest while the HUGE FEE you prepaid is GONE!!!!! Oh, and buying a car from them.........not only the charge you the 31% (total with the fees) but they sell their cars 30% over market value. So if you guys think that prudent is still the best........then you deserve the screwing they are giving you. My wife has a title loan and YES they do charged us $11000 fees for a $31000 title loan while the interest was 5.9% and yes they do divide the huge fee to only 19 months while the actual loan is for 36 months.....so if we like to repay the loan in the middle of it we get nothing from the fees back. You should be ashamed lying about it on the web while i have all the papers to prove it!!!!!!
