In the statement that they e-mail, this product is listed as "Fees." Not every email lists these "Fees" in their statement. When I called the Customer Service at 1 (877) 526-6639 and asked to refund me this product that I never intended to purchase in the first place, they referred me to the store manager. When I contacted the store manager, Janet, asking for a refund, she referred me to the district manager, Elena. When I contacted Elena, she was either out of the office, or refused to refund this product that I never intended to purchase. Be very careful with this company and triple check and read everything that you sign before walking out of the store.
