She really helped me when I needed it. I was sad to hear she left airport primary. I strongly recommend her.

However, it is no excuse for how my appointment was handled earlier today. I was scheduled for 945a appointment for a consult. I arrived and signed in by 950a. At 10a I was called up to the Check-In desk. I was promptly told by 'Tammy' that bc I was late to my appointment (5 min?!?!) I would need to reschedule. Considering I was 50% more on time than they were, I think they need to reconsider who was actually late. 'Tammy' then rather snarkily proceeded to tell me that Dionne Brown CRNP is a stickler for lateness and that she was already running 3 patients behind. Now, let me get this straight, I arrived only 5 min late, but you made me wait 10 min, she is already 3 patients behind when your office just opened at 9a, and I'm being told this is on me?!?!?! Even more interesting when especially considering that 'Tammy' rolled her eyes at the mention of her CRNP being so particular about timeliness. Got it. So you don't even like the fact that your CRNP, according to you, can be difficult. So noted, I will be taking my healthcare to another provider and hope I don't EVER have to deal with providers (staff and clinicians) like this again. They should be embarrassed by how unprofessionally this was all handled. And you definitely have lost the opportunity to take care of my family ever again, and considering that another patient (who I've never met in my life) overheard the entire exchange and approached me IN THE PARKING LOT to apologize for how unrealistic the staff was being, was completely astonished at how they acted as well. It was truly unbelievable. I pray my attitude towards my ICU patients is NOTHING like your ridiculous office behavior. Please take a course in customer service. And I see this as a crisis averted.

I am using this account and removed names to maintain personal privacy for both myself and the provider in question, but I was a patient with the primary provider in this practice for ~3-5 months in 2024 seeking medication managment. In those 3-5 months the provider: 1) Misspelled my name at the pharmacy, delaying access to medication 2) Had no reliable method of contact, and when they actually deigned to answer the phone, they were in incredibly loud, public spaces full of yelling 3) Failed to attend a scheduled appointment with no notice or appology 4) Dissapeared without any notice: After skipping an appointmnt they became completely unreachable, ignoring multiple calls over several weeks and emails or other attempts to reach out. As a result of thier actions I was left without support or medication both while in thier care and following thier disapearing act while I had to wait for an appointment with a new provider. To make matters worse, over 8 months after dissapearing with no word, today the provider decided to reach out with the email below. No explination, no professionalism, and the provider could not even be bothered to spell my name correctly. Their email signature contained the quote its "Mental health ...is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going " but this provider made the process as painful and complicated as possible. ( names redacted but all else is exact copy paste with the numerous errors left in) : Hello [misspelling of my name] and sorry again for the silence in the communication.  you call contact me for any mental health needs thank you very much  [Provider name & credentials] BlessedHealth LLC (667) 465 8089 Office 443-615-7044 Fax "Mental health ...is not a destination, but a process.
