The lady who was working there was so nice and kind which I especially appreciate since I'm new in town. I tried the princess donut and it was soooo yummy! It had pink jelly filling inside and pink glaze outside. The donut was fresh, soft, doughy, and just perfectly sweet. This is no normal Dunkin donut. I used to be a huge fan of Krispy Kreme, but this one was soooo much better than anything I've ever tried. I'm definitely going to try some other flavors too.

Service is good crew are always smiling although i dont speak German at all.small shop and only patio sitting if i am not mistaken there were just 3 tables there lessthan 8 people only. Specialty here is bread,i jokingly said to my cousin that the name should be bread factory instead of back factory. We ordered few kinds of bread,,a fish fillet sandwich,plus a German donut,my cousin go for a coffee while i got this German tea. I love the donuts both plain and the one with cream filling,the other bread was like pizza and others were cheese bread. They also sell some novelty item like mugs and other souvinier from Kiel. I wondered how this trailer would manage to be there every day of the week, so I had to give it a try. I bought a glazed jam donut to be eaten in the spot and my word, it was brilliant! Almost ethereally fluffy dough under a fondant glaze. I have eaten a lot of jam donuts, and this was surely one of the best. I will return to try all the other products, I'm hooked now.
