Now I find out I was sold an incorrect salt generator for my type of pool that was purchase from here and because it is the wrong generator pool places will not sell me a replacement part that I need. Because it is the incorrect generator there are potentially safety issues and it may damage our electrical system. I found out I have to buy an entirely new unit at a cost of $1000. I am also wondering if other warranties are affected and will the new generator fit in with other parts. So will there be additional costs? I would highly recommend you not purchase from here.

my husband and i purchased a water filtration system, iron filter and ph nutrilizer. we were…read morecharged $4,000.00. we were given no manual despite my frequent requests. these systems have timers and solutions that cost a fortune. to change the 2 solutions we were charged $500.00. the worst part is the iron filter has never worked properly. it constantly jams. flushing gallons of water and solutions out ( what a waste!). ray does not stand by his product. he keeps telling us he will not replace the iron filter or do anything more about it. this has gone on for 2 years. the agrevation and the constant going into the crawls space to reset this system has been a nightmare each and every time it trys to run. i have complained to him many times and have documented all of the interactions. a few weeks ago he took the head of the iron filter to get it repaired after my threat to take legal action. he did nothing! he reinstalled the same unit with the same problem. he said he cleaned it ,that there was a little debris in there. so why was there this so called debris ? it's a filter isn't it , it should not have any debris in it!. the iron filter was defective since day one. when his son came back to install the so called nothing wrong with it iron filter head(charging us($ 500.00) refilling solutions,resetting timers etc. you would think it would work. but it does not! now, from it trying to work last night. the solution all through our water system yet again,and we have a baby in the house!. i we are removing the system and taking legal action! stay away from this business and these people who out of touch with customer service. never do they follow up or care if we have a system that is safe !it still does not work properly. he constantly treats us like we are a bother.now all of the expensive solution that we just paid $300.00(just for the 2 solutions) is flushed away contaminating all our household water system and our drinking water! the entire experience has been a nightmare!

My mistake was calling the first plumber I found, had I read the reviews I would have stayed away - don't make the same mistake! He was rude, difficult to reach, outwardly aggressive, and did nothing but demonstrate his incompetence. On the first visit Nick spent as much time as he could bragging about his credentials, going into hypothetical about my boiler system, and stroking his ego in every effort to charge me for more time. This would have been tolerable if he had at least fixed the problem, but no such luck. The very next day after his "work" which left me with $530 less in my wallet, our water leak alarm system went off. I tried to call Nick who was conveniently gone on a week-long camping trip. One week later he shows up, terribly upset to have been disturbed, and started listing a new catalogue of work that had to be done to fix the issue. Now while I don't claim to be a plumber, I do know a few things about boilers since I hold a National Board commission for boilers and pressure vessels. I didn't disclose this to Nick since I wanted to hear what he thought the problem was. The more detail he went into, the more it became obvious that something was off. When I questioned his suggestions, he became extremely confrontational telling me "I don't know sh*t". Naturally I asked him to leave. I called in another plumber who, as I suspected, disagreed with Nick's "diagnosis", and fixed the REAL problem in a short 30 minutes. Nick is clearly incompetent, conniving, and very possibly unhinged. I have never had such a negative experience with a trade's professional in my life. He lies to your face and is clearly only in business because he takes advantage of honest, hardworking people. Put this conman out of business. Call someone else.

He started off nice but once questioned or challenged became aggressive , threatening and exceptionally abusive . It cost us a small fortune to have professional plumbers come in and redo / repair and even remove his attempts at fixing our well and plumbing. We would not have passed code if we had not found a qualified plumber to fix the issues he left us with . None of our other trades on site were safe from his threats and / or him dissing them . Never in 40 years have we had such a terrible experience . He inflated wholesale prices and his work hours way way above average . His accusations and behaviour was more than extreme. Be warned , be careful .
