I only asked for the hem but she made sure it fit in the bust too and she said it looked perfect on the top. She marked the hem and told me it would be within the week, gave me a tag with the ready date. I came back and she gave me the dress, it looked amazing. She also charged me for a double hem since my dress was lined however, she never hemmed the lining of my dress but charged me for it. She offered to do it again but there was absolutely no way I was going to risk it. I also took it back to show the lady...all of a sudden she couldn't understand me, gas lighted me accusing me of bringing in a different dress (not the original) and told me she didn't do this work! She is awful! Workmanship is unacceptable and I had to have it re-hemmed elsewhere. AVOID Binh's tailoring! Please don't make the same mistake I made. I'm now hearing more and more people who have had similar experiences with Binh's. How they are still in business I have no idea. And her cash only policy is not forthcoming or honest.
