The outcome was fabulous! Not only was it returned beautifully, but they had carefully pressed it using the special tool that is inserted between layers to avoid crushing the tie flat. Many other cleaners don't have the special tool or this skill. Really appreciate the care and dedication demonstrated by the manager of this location to ensure that it was done perfectly.

Dominic (part owner) said his staff don't follow directions from what is in the computer. Then tells me his cleaners can't read English in the back. He tells me he working on a system to print instruction in different languages. Today I stop to pick my clothes up and I tell staff that I received this email today for 20% off. I ask can I use it instead of $5.00 off. He said no so I ask the manager to call me. Dominic called me and said he might record the call. I responded please do. Then he screams at me and says he doesn't want me to come back. What's sad is recently he told me they are hurting for business. There is a reason why it's hurting and hope the majority owner finds out before it's too late. This place I don't recommend.
