It was about 15 minutes before they closed and they were busy but still very attentive and super friendly as always. We've been using this cleaners for years. No complaints from us, always a positive experience! Matter of fact, we just put our King Size Gray quilted comforter on last night that was still in the plastic bag since we picked it up from being cleaned from Minuteman last visit and I even pointed out to my hubby how fresh and pleasant it smelled!! I'm really big on how things smell, I have a super sensitive nose when it comes to smells. Thanks Minutemen, I slept pretty good last night!!

However, the when the hem was done incorrectly, the owner not only had it fixed in within 24 hours, but hand delivered it to my house the next day. I don't know any businesses that care about customer satisfaction like that. The owner was very passionate about her work, and making sure I was happy. I will definitely be using her again! I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. They do their dry cleaning onsite, so they are able to have quick turnaround - I dropped my items off on a Saturday morning and they were done by Monday afternoon. My only gripe is that they are a little pricey - $20 for a skirt suit and 2 shirts, and their prices are not posted anywhere obvious. I will have to shop around for a little bit, but have no complaints about the quality of service provided here.
