What I will say is that this place does alot for the community of Monroe and surrounding cities. They preach the word of God as you can hear from their podcasts which can be downloaded online. I was extremely uplifted by the sermons I heard! If you are looking for a wonderful church they have many ministries to choose from: -veterans breakfasts -small group meetings -childrens teaching and ministries -job search networks groups -Home for Life-helps women in desparate circumstances -prison ministry -Brazilian Orphanage- I suggest you try it for yourself and then make an opinion. Don't listen to every criticism and miss out on a wonderful opportunity!

I'm going to let God fight this battle because I don't know all the details of this story. I'm definitely finding another church to watch though. There was a lot of positive in the past but I can no longer recommend them due to the secret nature of how things are being handled now. My gut said it was some sort of financial scandal when it happened (September, 2024). Pastor Lawrence II's sermons changed my life and helped me so much. Yet church leadership deleted all his sermons from the website from 2017 to present. I was crushed when this happened. The comments below were screenshots I took before the church deleted them.

The minute we walked in we were greeted by Pastor Adam and he started telling us all about their youth ministry before I even shared anything with him. I immediately knew this was Devine intervention! Soon after this my kids attended a youth night service and LOVED IT. We all met at Taco Bell afterwards where I was introduced to Pastor Adayja. I won't go into too much detail, but yet again Devine intervention Over the summer the kids attended Wake Summer Camp. I also served as a leader. This camp was OUTSTANDING! The spirit of God was so noticeably present. I also came to get to know Pastors Jeff and Jess. They have such a heart for God. Being someone who comes from a rocky past and who spent the beginning of my relationship with God attending churches online, I was so fearful when looking for a church that I would have to hide my past and my struggles. Everyone here has allowed me and my kids to be our true authentic selves without fear of judgement. So many of the staff and people we have met here are such a huge part of our lives and support system. These people really show up for you in day to day life. Not just on Sundays. My relationship with God has grown so much here! Every service from the worship to the message is simply amazing. Pastor Jeff preaches wisely, in a fun way that gives life. He makes it so easy to relate the message to every day life. Forever grateful we found Elevate. We love our church!
