I was eager to taste crunchy fresh vegetables again after so long travelling and not finding restaurants that could prepare them the way the Vietnamese do. But alas this was not the place. Lovely noodles and tofu, as requested, but the vegetables alas were from the bottom of the crisper, weeks old. Disappointing.
