One of our favorites food trucks ever! We've been customers for year and we keep coming back because not only is the food delicious, but the customer service is excellent. We have ordered many items from their menu but our favorites are the Monster burger which is delicious with the melted mozzarella cheese. Pro tip: if you love cheese you can actually get extra melted mozzarella and it'll be amazing! The chori dog is also a personal favorite with papá criolla and their signature monster sauce. 5 stars because not only did I love the food, they came out to support the response and recovery efforts to the Surfside Condo Collapse tragedy. They came prepared with plenty of prepped burgers to feed hundreds of response personnel who were working tirelessly in the hot sun and less-than great conditions. The service was quick, too- did not have to wait more than 5 minutes after my order, even if I was ordering for a crowd. Their customer service was so friendly too! The burgers were soooo good- a nice buttery bun, a thick burger, and the toppings really worked well together. Saw this food truck at Hollywood Young Circle, and needless to say, the monster fries looked so enticing we couldn't resist ordering. It's somewhat similar to the South American salchipapas, but this one has whole baby potatoes in addition to the fries and sausage. The fries are delicious, really crunchy on the outside but still fluffy inside, and the potatoes are very hot. I would love a bit more sauce, and some melted cheese will probably elevate it to another level. Only reason I can't give them 4 or 5 stars is because of 1 reason alone.... I am sooooo picky when it comes to what is in/on my food. I always have to ask questions and make sure some things aren't in my food (allergies, gi issues, etc... you don't need my medical chapters we don't have enough characters here) After reading all the ingredients in the hotdog/monster dog selection And asking inside information I made a decision on the monster dog. I even was able to have my hot dod well done how I like it.... presentation looks good/like the pic butttttttttttt Its to small and chopped up mixed with sauces you dont know it has mystery pineapple sauce yes it can be scrapped off but you loose the good other stuff taking off pineapples. Found my new favorite food truck! I'd been stalking them on Instagram for a while and decided to head to Tamiami Park yesterday for the food truck festival. The guys on the truck were super friendly and helpful. We wanted to share a Monster Dog and Monsterfries, but after seeing the Monsterfries we realized it would have to be another day as it's own meal (it was HUGE). The Monster Dog is a fairly large sausage topped with bacon, onions, melted mozzarella cheese, Monster sauces, and crushed potato chips. This monstrosity was out of this world!! The cheese was melted so perfectly and the combination with the bacon and chips was just amazing! We already want to find the truck tonight! read more

Staff is very nice and friendly, menu has a nice "monster" twist to it. Everything is bigger and better. Their burgers are no joke! I got the monster fries which is Christy French fries, fried Yukon potatoes, hotdogs and Colombian sausage with garlic & pink sauce over them. I would like to start with the service, as that can make or break the experience. It's always the same kind lady who always remembers my order, and she is simply a delightful person. The thing I order every Friday without hesitation is the MONSTER BURGER! Hahah, it's really epic. I like to add jalapenos, but it's already massive. It has a hint of pineapple like many columbian burgers, but it's literally loaded with so many other goodies. I have never seen so much cheese on a burger! They are so generous with every toping, and the fries are one of my favorite in all of Miami! They are so crispy and golden. I am absolutely in love with this place, and I don't understand how they can charge so little for that massive burger, so please don't forget to tip. They don't ever ask for tip on their card reader, so I try to remember to bring cash. This is one of the best food trucks in South Florida when you can find them. I personally stalk them on twitter. My first time having them was many years ago at a church event, then day 2 I was hoping to see them and to my disappointment no. I ran into them a few times more at places I wouldn't expect to see them seeing how they are from Miami. The "monster burger" is the best has this pineapple sauce on it that is killer. There is also this loaded fries not sure if that's what's it's called but it has fries potato's, sausages and hot dogs covered in the same sauces on the burger. I want to say this is a Colombian variant but it is great. Anytime I go to a food truck event before ordering anything from anybody I go looking for monster burger my family knows not to ask for anything until daddy finds out if monster burger will be there or not. read more

Cafeteria food. Ordered Chorizo fries and a Burger on August 4th from this truck and it was absolute rubbish. The burger was a preformed frozen pattie that tasted of nothing and was well over done. The sauce and toppings were average but not enough to save the lukewarm frozen reheated pattie that makes bubba burger from publix seem artisan. The chorizo fries were a dried out mutilated sausage on top of frozen fries. With coke the total meal was 17 bucks for cafeteria quality food from the 2nd grade. The frozen fries were hands down the best part of this mistake. Skip this one. read more
