Rates are great, they have two-dollar per game specials most weeknights. They also have a reasonably priced menu of entrees, snack foods, and appetizers (the soft pretzel is huge!). The bartenders always seem to be having a good time, and the atmosphere here is very fun. It's always nice when you're at a place of business and the employees are clearly enjoying themselves but are also helpful and attentive if you need anything. Highly recommended!

I left multiple voicemails and sent several emails--but not once did I receive a response. Every time I called, no one answered, and no one ever returned my calls. My team was excited to visit this bowling alley, but the complete lack of communication made it impossible to plan. After weeks of trying, I finally got someone on the phone, only to be told that they don't take reservations--and then they hung up on me. The poor customer service and unprofessionalism were incredibly frustrating. If a business doesn't take reservations, a simple response letting me know would have been appreciated. Instead, I was ignored for weeks and then rudely dismissed. I won't be attempting to bring my business here again.

Instead, I had my citizenship identification card. Unfortunately, they did not accept it, even though it contained all the necessary information. Given that it is a valid U.S. citizen ID card, I faced significant difficulties getting in. If I were to rate my experience on a scale from one to five, with one being the lowest and five the highest, I would give it a two. I believe that the U.S. citizenship card should be sufficient for entry into the club since it is a legal form of identification.

I've never seen a place like it! (and that's a good thing!) A friend of mine recommended; since I've been considering a new bowling ball and she just bought one at Gebhardt's... I just cannot say enough about the customer experience here! I wish I'd known about this store before I bought mine & my husbands' new bowling shoes! We will be back! and we WILL be telling friends/family! The store is a little cluttered, but very organized, and from the second you walk in you just get that warm n fuzzy mom & pop shop kind of feel; where you know you're just downright going to get the best. And we did. The bowling department was a little on the crowded side, and seemed to only be manned by Ed (who was AWESOME!) but he handled it well. We waited about 15 minutes for him to be free and help us out, again though I must say - worth the wait. This guy is like Dr. Bowling... he took the time to explain things/items/techniques, and answered questions - he really made us feel like he enjoyed and loved both his job and the sport. What I really liked is that, I am a recreational (for fun only) bowler, and he treated me just as well as he treated the serious pro-leaguers that were in there. He was honest, and no nonsense, and didn't try to upsell me or make me feel like my ignorance of the sport and ball types was in any way inconvenient to him. As a matter of fact, I'd like to say he was entertained by us. In any case, I don't know if it's because my husband mentioned the ball was my birthday present or what, but he measured my grip, custom drilled and engraved my ball with my name right then and there; fit it perfectly to my hand, and pretty much taught me how to throw this ball that's so different from my old $20 Kmart special one that the finger holes were way too big for me. I cannot wait to go bowling next weekend with my beautiful new ball! Thanks again to Ed; who just plain out ROCKED! On call 5, a month after order, someone finally picks up and tells me that they will get back to me; never do. On call 6, I'm informed the product is out of stock (website lied) and they have no idea when coming back; then they hang up on me. Not only do they lie on their website, customer service is non-existent & rude. Total CLOWN SHOW - GO ELSEWHERE.
