    Orange Lake Resort is the perfect Orlando escape. It has a wonderfully laid-back vibe that's great for both vacations and retirement. There's no shortage of things to do with all the pools, golf, kids' play areas, arcades, and delicious dining options. Shoutout to Monster Reservation Group for the incredible customer service! They handled all the planning details with total expertise, making the whole process incredibly easy. I'm already looking forward to booking my next trip with them!

    My wife and I just returned from a 6 night, 7 day trip to Nevada and Arizona. We took advantage of 3 of the 4 nights booked through Monster RG at the Holiday Inn Desert Club Resort. We paid a $150 reservation deposit that was returned on a virtual gift card after completing a 2.5hr sales presentation. The location of the resort was directly beside the Sphere where we saw No Doubt perform and the central just off the strip location was perfect for a few days of Las Vegas strip adventures. The resort charged only $42 in taxes but included free parking. The resort room was spacious but dated. Some of the amenities were closed or being repaired but we didn't book this place for its luxury - we booked it for the value and the convenience. All the employees were friendly and accommodating. The sales presentation was as expected but each person was respectful of our declination to their push for package purchase. We added Monster RG's white glove service so that we could change the reservation and to access an additional "free" trip. Given our experiences so far, we look forward to using their services again. The only reason we checked out before the end of our 4 night stay was because we wanted to experience the Grand Canyon South Rim, Sedona, and enjoy overnight hiking adventures in those areas. Proximity doesn't lend to day trips so we couldn't take full advantage of the stay. There are so many options for incredible day trips outside of Vegas so don't sleep on this incredible value. The presentation itself was exactly what we expected from a timeshare-style package offer, but I'll give credit where it's due: everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful when we declined the purchase offers. There was definitely sales pressure at times, but nobody crossed the line into being rude or aggressive. The location of the resort was a huge win for us. It's directly beside the Sphere where we saw No Doubt perform, and the central "just off the Strip" location made it incredibly convenient for exploring Las Vegas without constantly fighting Strip traffic or paying outrageous parking fees. The resort only charged about $42 in taxes total and included free parking, which honestly felt like a steal for Vegas. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though definitely a little dated. Some amenities were closed or under repair during our stay, but we didn't book this place expecting luxury resort vibes. We booked it for convenience, location, and value, and it absolutely delivered on those fronts. We also added Monster RG's white glove service, which allowed reservation flexibility and included access to an additional "free" trip offer. Based on our experience so far, I'd absolutely consider using them again. The only reason we didn't use the full 4-night stay was because we decided to pivot and spend time exploring the Grand Canyon South Rim, Sedona, and some overnight hiking adventures in northern Arizona. Those destinations really deserve more than a rushed day trip from Vegas. One thing I'd tell anyone considering this package: don't underestimate how many incredible outdoor adventures exist within driving distance of Las Vegas. If you're flexible and enjoy road trips, the value here can be pretty incredible. If you go into it understanding that you're trading a couple hours of your time for heavily discounted accommodations, this can be a genuinely great deal. We certainly didn't leave disappointed.

    The room was clean and staff were welcoming. However, the room faced a wall and while we had a balcony it was on the same level as ductwork feeding the ballroom or hallway below. Seemed like a room of last resort, when I don't think the hotel was anywhere near full. I guess we got what we paid for. I didn't join Monster to have a good booking experience. I joined to get a nice room at a great price. This was our first experience so the bar is low. we will see where it goes

    My vacation experience with monster has been great. The people were really accommodating. And even though it was rough in the beginning with the booking part, the people went over and above to make sure I was taken care of, especially because of what happened in the beginning. My trip turned out amazing. I would definitely use them again.

    We have wanted to stay on Myrtle Beach for a while and was happy to find a great deal for a 2 hour sales pitch. After our initial sign up, we chose the Homewood Suites Oceanfront and was told this reservation was going to be for a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. We were initially told that we were limited to 4 people (we are a family of 5) so we were going to have to choose one of the kids to stay home. This was because the room supposedly had a 4 person max capacity, but that didn't sit right with me because if you have 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper then technically the sleeping capacity would be 6. So I called Monster on the phone and explained the situation to Sabrina, who was helpful as heck and spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor told Sabrina to have us call Homewood Suites and ask. So we did. When we called and asked, they clarified that the room capacity was in fact 6, and we'd be perfectly fine bringing all our kids along. They also mentioned that if Monster had any questions as to the capacity of their rooms that any of the supervisors or employees were welcome to call and that it seemed inappropriate that we had to call. I relayed this information to Sabrina and thanked her for her help. So we arrived here to check in, process was smooth enough. We get to the room and... It's a regular room. No bedroom, no kitchen, nothing that was promised when we made the reservation or when we called to verify the room. That's fine. We can deal with that as well I suppose. We are currently in our 3rd day here and for the last 2 nights we've gotten bad sleep because of a malfunctioning AC unit that is making horrible noises that either wakes us up because it's loud or we wake up hot because it's off because we can't stand the noise. Hopefully, since we have now audio recorded the sound, maintenance will be able to help us but we have no promises here. Beyond the booking issues and room issues otherwise the vacation has been very nice for my wife and I and the kids. We will be returning to Myrtle Beach again when we have the chance although probably next time not at the Homewood Suites Oceanfront. The beach has been relaxing, we've mostly enjoyed the pool although it is very chaotic, poorly temperature controlled, and if one more 12 year old kid splashes me in the hot tub because they're using it like a smaller, warmer pool to do laps in I'm going to dunk their heads under the water. Haha. Joking but it's made going in the hot tub far less attractive. The kids love the beach though and I'm adding pictures of the beach to this review.

    My husband and I just got back from a trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee with monsters reservation group. We had selected a hotel when we originally booked. They changed it last minute to a different lower budget hotel. The accommodations were in a safe place, but the creek side that I had been looking for at the other location was not at this location. The beds were comfortable. It was fairly clean. Even though the bathroom door wouldn't close, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, but overall felt safe and plenty of parking. We had a fantastic time in Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We slept well after our adventures in the Smokies!!

    Total scam outfit based on lies and deception. I'm surprised they are still in business. They charged me $500 for a "free" room then put us in a hotel room that could best be described as a closet with a beds in it.

    Myrtle Beach is such a wonderful destination with plenty of entertainment, delicious food, and a laid-back vibe that's perfect for a vacation or even retirement. A big thank outstanding customer service! It made planning my trip so easy with there expertise and attention to detail. I'm excited for many trips to come.

    A great 5 day 4 night vacation in Gatlinburg. Reservation process was easy and everything went smoothly during our stay. All the fun of downtown Gatlinburg and easy access to hiking in the Smoky Mountains.

    Most reviews are regarding customer service. Does anyone have reviews of the locations and trips where they stayed using these packages?

    Monster Reservation group is a scam. They fraudulently took over $300. from me. They refused to refund my credit card for this! I am truly disappointed in how companies can get away from this!

    Email deleted by mistake.... we went on 4day 3night trip with tour, Need to make reservations for next trip. How do I get my PACKAGE INFORMATON AGAIN?

    I believe if you call customer service they can send you your information again. They should have your information in their computer system

That's for an area that sees over 20 MILLION tourists every year along 50+ miles of area. And they have ONE tow company????? Try calling the office like I did. I made over 21 calls in a 3 hour time period, only to get disconnected when no one answers or get voice mails with excuses. The only way I got through to them was on a line for BUYING something. Of COURSE they answered that phone line!!!! Then I got more excuses and absolutely zero customer service. How can a company this big ignore such a gigantic market????? After 40 years of being a dedicated member I'll be terminating my useless membership!! Do your own investigating and you'll see 100's of complaints where motorists sat for up to three hrs waiting for a tow or assist. This is the worst location for services by AAA by a long shot!
