I was excited about my very first pair of boots, I ordered them from cavenders and when they showed up, they had damage on the heel by the welt. These are Caiman, flat toe boots had me so excited and when I received them I was so let down that I didn't even know what to say. How can damaged boots slip by quality control, especially a nicer pair like that, its bad when a customer has to worry if there new boots are gonna come damaged and them have to take time off work to get it resolved "during normal business hours". so now I think my only option is to return them to cavenders and buy a new pair of boots from a better manufacturer, I just wont buy them from cavenders after this.
