It is really sad that this is the only medical clinic in Orofino. It really becomes clear that there are major bad attitude problems in the employees at the clinic when most people in Orofino and the surrounding towns would much rather go to Lewiston for medical treatment.

I called on a Tuesday mid-morning to have a prescription renewed, as it had expired; the prescription renewal does not require an appointment. I drove to the pharmacy on Wednesday assuming 24 hours is plenty of time but it apparently was not, they had not received a call. Went to the pharmacy Thursday and they still had not received anything so they took the proactive measure of contacting the clinic and were told it hadn't been taken care of yet. I contacted the clinic and was told when I asked about its status, "all I can do is put a note in your chart." how can it be so difficult to renew a prescription?
