Gates not good quality at all, have all fallen apart and we are replacing. When we needed to replace some existing fencing, we wanted to install a square metal gate rather than the poor quality wooden gate originally provided, and contracted Altitude again. The gate posts for the new metal gate were not installed in equal elevation. So, that the gate is higher on one side than the other and on the low side the post is to low to install the gate latch. When approached about the problem, Altitude expected additional payment to replace the wrongly installed posts. I would not recommend Altitude.

I had Brock, the owner of Altitude Fencing, re-do 2 patio gates that the original builder really…read moremessed up, rendering them unusable as-is. The main gate had an obstacle to work around to allow it to close. The other was a horizontally split gate and the two halves had to work together and separately, making the repairs more technical. I contacted the 3 most recommended people to get estimates and compare plans to remedy my situation. Brock stood out by far as the one that understood the construction issues and how best to fix them. He came up with a simple, clean solution for the main gate and he did a beautiful job fixing both gates and made them look and work smoothly. He returned within just a few days and completed the work very nicely. There was a minor adjustment that needed to be taken care of and he came out the same day I contacted him about it and fixed it. I liked his work very much, he was easy to work with and did a nice job cleaning things up afterwards. I highly recommend Brock!
