I LOVE when someone takes time to help me learn something I don't understand. So often customer service reps just want you to take their word for it and buy without knowing anything about the product. When someone actually takes time out of their day to sit with you and teach you about their products... Not only did he help me get exactly what I needed, but he also helped me save a TON of money with our Starlink account. He helped me log in and adjust our account settings right there in the store. I have my business cards, personalized ball-point pens, flyers and copies and a book manuscript done by them and they always respond to changes or proofing preferences and have the patience to wait you out until you are totally satisfied with their product.
