I know ...buyer beware, but you don't expect a Polaris Dealer to not tell you the truth. When I asked questions as to condition of the 2019 side x side I was concerned about the nearly 10,000 miles on it. I was led to believe the machine had been checked out mechanically, serviced, and made ready for resale. This is the same dealer who sold it new to previous owner. I bought the machine and took it home. I checked the fluid levels before going out and transmission was very low and one gear box was moderately low. Saw that several axel boots needed replacing. After 3 outings driving machine less than 100 miles on smooth gravel roads, it became clear to me something was definitely wrong. I took it to The local Polaris Dealer and found out primary and secondary clutches were out and transmission seals are damaged. At this point we don't know full extent of repairs that may be needed. Great place to do business. I have had wonderful experience with this company over the years. They will do what they can to help you. Their business out performs most businesses around the area when it comes to parts, accessories & Power Sport sales. COVID has caused issues with getting our unit, it took them months to get it. Although we cannot blame the dealer on this since most places were sold out at time of purchase. We will always turn back to this Company for our needs. read more

We called ahead and asked what their lead time is to have repairs done on an ATV. They said bring it in and it would be between 1-2 days. We live near Port Hill, Idaho. Montana Power Products is the closet, Polaris Authorized Repair shop. So, we drove the 90 minutes to drop off our Polaris ATV, and a weed trimmer. We returned their call, and they said that our Polaris ATV was ready. So, we drove the 90-minutes to pickup our ATV. Well, they have not even looked at our ATV, yet. It has been over a week since we dropped it off. The weed trimmer was ready, but that is not what they told us over the phone. The lady at the counter told us several stories, and was unwilling to tell us which employee it likely was that gave us the false information. The incompetence of the employees at this location, is unacceptable. Additionally, the management was on vacation. We will follow up with management, when they get back. read more
