to answer your question i did already contact you, that's how i found out you deleted the video,i…read moreheard you estimator say it when the person on the phone with me asked where the vid was. also if you check you emails you will see the drawing of how to take the sag out of my sewer underneath my house. i never heard back from you after that. so there is no need for me to contact you, this is to make people aware of the possible fraudulent activities that do take place in the private sector. i spent 7 years in the auto trades and 20 more in the construction trades. the ordinary person doesn't see this sort of thing, i did. and i have in the past. i am not concerned about a piddly hundred bucks , as a tradesman that takes pride in my work i am only concerned about the little old lady that will have to pay even more because she had to pay more to have this an entire sewer burst and pulled underground, only to have half of it dug back up and replaced again because somebody deleted a vid and and not knowing anything about plumbing of any kind, accepted the bid, had the job done, and it failed the code inspection any way. see? there is no need for me to contact you, if you want to rectify this total crap nonsense, refund my 100bucks.

These guys came out to my house about a year ago after several calls which was fine as everyone seems to be booked up in this space but after coming and installing a new septic Pump (Which they never sent a bill for until 4 months later) I started having alarms and other filter issues and called them several times to come out and take a follow up look at. After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. Have had several people aske me who I use now for septic services and lets just say its not 44 Water!
