I had the Eggs Benedict with a side of smoked sausage. The eggs were like silk and so fresh and creamy. The Hollandaise sauce was prepared properly. The small salad was lightly dressed with a flavourful balsamic vinegar. The sausages were delectable. Very smoky but not overpowering. It was very enjoyable on all counts.

They weren't open but we heard about them and wanted to visit. In leaving Edmonton, today I found them on the net and see that they really are a micro brewery. I never would have thought such a small town would even consider opening a place like this. Very progressive. If you're in from out of town, check them out. Not open Mondays. The meal came with good portion of fries (frozen not homemade) and salad. They also had a buffet but it had items such as spaghetti and perogies which we were not interested in. Would recommend the Truckers Special as it was one of the best steak sandwich I have had.
