Safety is of utmost concern and needs are met quickly and completely. The entire staff of Regency Park wants to ensure that each resident is taken care of and enjoys their time in the community. I could not have asked for a better place for her to live. I would recommend it to all that are looking for a quality apartment community that is quiet, safe, beautiful and of the highest quality. They're not the best at advertising themselves, but I heard it about it from a doctor at the hospital. We got a fully furnished little apartment for a month for less than the cost of a decent hotel for less than a week. You'll need to make a trip to the store to buy anything you need like bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, but it was well worth it for the cute little place located just across from the hospital's Entrance B. It's nothing fancy, but I'll take cheap and homey any day over the not particularly comfy and expensive hotel we were originally staying at. Management is very dismissive and hard to reach when unexplained charges show up in the account. It was coined as paperwork fees but the old roommate's name was never updated! Beware of these tactics to over charge young college students. The living facility is nice, but they need to reward those who are loyal and pay on time with enough respect to not get the run around. They were eager to overcharge us on multiple occasions but not forth coming with the deposit due back. We always gave advanced notices and, as a result, was surprised with a house inspection a week before our announced arrival date so we'd have to pay them to replace blinds we already had! I do not recommend these apartments simply because of their management practices and the way they treat college students.

Every time after pest control for at least four or five days Cockroaches are coming out and it is scary and disgusting. Both of the apartments I've lived in at Cardinal Glens have had an unpleasant smell, possibly related to the presence of weed. This has made the living environment quite unpleasant for us, and I've found it difficult to enjoy my time there specifically in summer. Bathtub in one of them looks very dirty and even with bleach it does not look clean. the dishwasher was repeatedly broken and required multiple repair attempts before finally being replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, it took some time for the replacement to happen, which caused inconvenience and disruption. Cardinal glen is not that much safe. Once some one tried to look at inside through my bedroom window, in the middle of the night and we called police. Another time, a neighbor threated my friend that he will use his gun and again we called police, "When we complained to the manager, he responded by saying, 'I am not responsible for your safety. If you are concerned, you can purchase a camera, and we can assist with its installation.'" I had to stay here since I needed to be close to my workplace, but I do NOT recommend Cardinal Glen AT ALL.
