This was very informative to start off with, especially since I was clueless about this company. They are located in beautiful Ipanema, which is a good area with beach front property as well.
During the tour you will see each worker actually working on the jewelry, so yes this is a real factory. My favorite was watching the actual drawing/ design of the master piece. Once you go thru the tour they have a store located in the same bldg. for purchases. I did learn a few thing in a short bit of time.
They offer rides back to your hotel every hr until 4pm I believe. No pressure to purchase anything. Great customer service.
